2 years of regular use
I have used this pan regularly (not quite daily) for the last 2 years and am still happy with this purchase. The pan is huge, so we can cook a lot of food at once; pretty lightweight for it’s size which I appreciate for ease of cleaning; it remains non-stick even though I do use oil in it; it still looks almost new. The key with non-stick pans is to not use more than a medium heat setting (we have a gas cooktop) and make sure the pan is sufficiently cooled before putting water in it to wash it. Yes, I do have some warping in the center, so the oil retreats to the edges, but it’s to be expected with an inexpensive pan, and I just tilt the pan to distribute the oil. I would recommend this product!

Now that is one big pan !!!!
I recently discovered Granitestone and I like their products and especially the cookie sheets or trays. It’s like they come with parchment paper. Making nachos in the oven is a breeze with the cookie sheets since nothing sticks to these bakeware pieces. The pans are great too…..they are so easy to clean. I would never run these pans through a dishwashing machine. I will do all these pans and bakeware by hand. They are truly a blessing to me.

Fantastic Pan
Wife and I have replaced all our pans (teflon, steel, copper and etc) with the GraniteStone brand. They are fantastic. This is a HUGE pan… wife wanted it so to make big meals for kids and grandkids. Well, it does the job. More important to me.. engineer.. is the quality of the pans. Use nylon or silicone or wood utensils and these will last forever. They can be put in the oven up to 500 degrees (what in the world would you be cooking at that temp anyway?). Food doesn’t stick if you use butter. Yesterday, I didn’t use butter… just broke eggs right into the pan and shirred them… small amount of egg stuck to the pan…and it wiped away easily. I highly recommend this pan and all GraniteStone products. No, I am not an employee or get anything for my recommendation. Just sharing my experience. Check my other reviews… I try to be upfront and direct.

Nice to have a pan this big.
We love having a big pan for doing saute’s and a lot of bacon and such. We have had it over six years and it still works well and is durable and thing do not stick to it. My one beef with it is that it “domed” fairly quickly after we bought it, so now, when you put oil or butter in it, it all runs out to the edge of the pan, away from the center. This is ok if you are stirring things up but, is a pain for pancakes, bacon strips or hamburgers. Irritating but, manageable. Anyone know a safe way to flatten the pan out?

Excellent kitchen pan
Great pan, this is my second one i have bought. It’s the main one we cook with and the non stick lasts pretty good also. We get roughly a year out of it with cooking almost everyday.

Didn’t expect to defeat the laws of physics, just cook some good food.
I was inspired to purchase this by a reviewer who cautioned it does not beat physics, but was a pretty good skillet. He’s right. Honestly, I don’t expect to cook an egg without oil because I happen to like the flavor of olive oil and appreciate that I only need a little to get that desired effect. That said, I tried it first on a Spanish tortilla then blackened tilapia, and both were absolutely the best I’ve ever made. The tortilla heated surprisingly evenly on a 10 inch burner and the tilapia was quick and crispy but moist and flavorful. And clean up was a breeze both times. I’m definitely looking forward to more with this thing.

Bottom isn’t flat. Blamed defect on Amazon.
I purchased this pan previously and returned it thinking it was just a defective one off and asked for a replacement. The second pan came and it had the same issue (Not flat on the bottom). To ensure the pan was on a flat surface, I put it on the floor and took a picture of it I took a picture of the pan sitting on the floor to confirm it was on a flat surface and you can tell that the bottom is warped. Again. I reached out to the manufacturer and they said it was Amazon because they couldnât control how the item was warehoused and shipped. If you canât use the item for its intended purpose, then something needs to change. Iâm giving this one star and would give it zero if I could.

It’s definitely nonstick.
I purchased this after seeing it reviewed on youtube. It did well against a bunch of other brand name pans that cost much more. It does well as far as nonstick goes. That being said it feels flimsy, when you have food in it and go to pick it up to move it you best be using both handles or the long handle flexes and where it attaches to the pan the pan flexes also. I get that they are probably trying to keep the weight of the pan down but it could be a little thicker. It also doesn’t distribute the heat across the bottom very well. It gets much hotter in the center of the pan, also any liquid in the pan runs toward the sides of the pan as it seems to be warped in the center. The bottom is very thin and I am thinking that’s why it doesn’t distribute the heat very well and maybe why it seems warped. I think I purchased the next size larger than the one tested. The one tested had nice even heat and it had no warping to the bottom, and it didn’t seem as flimsy when they were testing it. The pluses are that nothing sticks to it and it seems to wash up nicely. I originally was going to order the next size smaller at the same time to replace some of my older pans but now I am not sure if I will or not. Also make sure you have room to store this pan, with the extra handle I had to rearrange stuff in order to get it to fit. I truly believe if it was a little bit thicker and sturdy it would be a 5 star pan.

Have only had this pan for a week, but it has been a joy to cook with. Very even heat distribution. Non stick, and super easy to clean.Only concern that MIGHT arise, is common to larger sized pans. Distortion from heat creating a low dip in the center. Hasn’t happened yet. Might not happen. But it is a thin, light weight material.

Having just had 2 broken wrists the lighter the better. This is perfect as so much lighter than the one it replaced – so far not any issues to list highly recommend.

I bought two of these mostly for panfry-fests involving platters of breaded cutlets, etc. there efficiency and proficiency require a relatively large surface area. It’s too soon to say how well the nonstick surface will remain functional, but it feels right to step back from hazardous, more volatile coatings. The provided surface-area is everything I hoped – but be forewarned that it might also limit access to other burners on a standard civilian-market stovetop. I like the price of these pans but I would gladly pay a bit more to have received lids for them: it’s a long shot whether many of us will be able to use a lid from another vessel because of this one’s odd size. A final cautionary note: the pan is of somewhat lighter-gauge/thinner metal than many other pans with which you might be familiar. This means heightened vigilance and closer attention to avoid application of abruptly-excessive heat, at least while you’re getting to know the pan. On balance, however, good value and so far a pleasure to use.
