This pan replaces one I had that my mom used through many years. It is everybit as sturdy and even better designed because of the side handles and the matching top!Looking forward to many years of use.

Great pan for large turkey
This pan was used to cook a 24 lbs turkey. The turkey fit with plenty of room to spare. The non-stick coating worked very well and I was able to clean it without a scrubber. I highly recommend this pan.

Ceramic coating on Roaster Pan chipped inside both the original and replacement pan
I purchased this roasting pan for our Christmas dinner and opened the box the day before. The ceramic coating inside the pan, where the handles join the inside of the pan were chipped – the chips were inside the packing box.I returned the pan and requested a new one which arrived 1 1/2 weeks later. This one too was chipped with smaller chips both where the handles join the pan and around the lip of the pan.Either the manufacturing or the packing process is poor. I was concerned that if I used the pan, more of the ceramic coating could break off from the previously chipped areas and get into the food, which is potentially hazardous.The manufacturer took back both pans without question and agreed to refund my money – 5 stars for customer service!

Purchased this pan in 2023 for Thanksgiving. Last years turkey was great, cooked perfectly in the pan. This year, I was so impressed that I ran here to leave a review. My turkey was perfectly browned, moist and literally falling off the bone. I used a garlic herb butter under the skin and loaded the cavity and pan with stuffing and it was perfectly cooked in about 4 hours, not bad for a 20lb stuffed turkey. I highly recommend this pan, I promise you will not be disappointed. Picture is of the turkey at the 2 hour mark and just before cooking, I wasnât able to get one of the finished product.

Great for roasting all sorts of things. Turkey was roasted perfectly and faster than what I anticipated. But there is more. The tray has other uses. It is large enough to mix a 10 lb batch of kimchi (probably more) or 20 lbs of sausage. It is now my favorite pan for baking bread. Thin enough so doesnât require preheating and the lid keeps the steam in well – just throw some ice chips in a corner. Really easy to clean.The rack is pretty bad. Smaller than the pan by about two inches. Used it with a 12 lbs turkey and it was bending from the weight. Since the rack is smaller it was tumbling when I was trying to move the bird around a bit. I would gladly pay ten bucks more for a proper rack.Overall really happy with the purchase.

The documentation on this product says that it will accommodate a 25 pound turkey. But donât believe it! It will only do so without using the lid, which is the main reason I bought it. The included rack is also not adjustable. It seems like a quality product if you intend to use it to roast smaller poultry where the lid would actually fit ⦠but not a 25 pound turkey.
