Living in an rv storage is limited this pot is wonderful for cooking plus when you cook pasta put lid on and lock to strain the water out, there is no need to store a separate strainer! Washes up great, the size is perfect!

This pan works great. I love the locking handles to drain/strain. The nonstick worked fine as well.What I call BS on is the claim that the handles donât get hot. They do. Especially the metal thing in the middle. A fastener of some sort.But I would recommend it if you are looking for something to safely drain with.

I ALMOST returned it!
Glad I gave this pot a try! I expected and wanted the 5 quart to be bigger. When I first took it out of box I thought it was too small and that it had to go back. But I decided to test it out, to see if I could mix the potatoes without scratching it plus I wanted to see if it was big enough to cook 5 pound of potatoes without needing to get out a strainer AND separate mixing bowl. Kitchen is small. Sink is small. Needing 3 large items to prepare one dish clutters the space and is more to wash! So I gave this cute red pot a try and so glad I did! The whole 5 pounds fit! And draining was a breeze, didn’t even need pot holders. Lid was safely secure while dumping water out. And the beaters didn’t scratch the finish! Meanwhile this pot is super light. Potatoes cooked quickly. Steam was controlled. Washing was easy. Love this thing! And the icing on the cake is that since the pot is smallish and easy to clean, I actually reach for it to heat up leftovers and such, too! I thought I was just getting something for making pasta and potatoes but looks like it’s going to be used far more.

Love the strainer lid
I needed a separate pot just for me and my gluten free food. This was perfect with the strainer lid and bright red color. I can make my own gf pasta and one pot meals without worrying about cross contamination. The strainer lid locks down and has sturdy handles. Great pot.

Light-weight and easy to clean
I bought it to replace my old GOTHAM 5qt pot. The item has same volume but lighter than my old one so I’m so pleased to use this. It’s easy to clean since it has coating inside of the pod but I should be careful to use steel utensils to avoid scratching it.

Great product with good drainage system. The only issue I had was that food particles keep on getting stuck in the top of the lid. So if you don’t need the lid, I recommend not using It.
