Excellent fry pan purchase
This fry pan was reasonably priced, easy to use and very easy to clean. It’s my favorite fry pan and after much use still looks like it’s brand new. A Best Buy.

Great pan for medium heat use
If I want to sear I have a stainless pan for that. But otherwise this is a great egg and omelet pan etc. Yes eggs will cook in this pan dry but I still prefer just a drizzle of olive oil. For one thing I like the flavor. But it surely will cook eggs without it, I had to try it to see for myself. I also have a small round ceramic lined pan for single over easy egg.This square pan is best for omlets and scrabled eggs. The center of the pan is raised, so fried eggs slide off to the sides or gang up together. It cooks them perfectly but for that issue, which is also why I re-rated it 4 stars.

It does scratch easily – too bad
This is an updated review as of May 6th. I now really dislike this pan and will not use it anymore. I never received an answer from the company about whether it could be used with the small scratch in the middle but I used it anyway hoping it would be ok. It has also lost its non stick ability. I only used it for eggs, or sauteing veges and fish but with each use it became less non stick.I use a small amout of olive oil even though it was supposed to be non stick, but that doesn’t even help now. I browned the fish last night and it was so hard to get the browned portion off of the pan I had to use my fingernail to scrape it off. I usually use a scrub daddy which works for non stick surfaces.Previous review: I loved this pan when I first started using it. I mostly use wood utensils, but I did use a stanless steel spatula when I had to turn some fish I sauted. I don’t know how that could have scratched the pan but I now have a scratch in the middle of the pan on the bottom and I don’t know if I should continue to use it. The info about the pan says scratch resistant, but it’s not!

Non stick did not last
Have had pan for only 6 months and pan is no longer non-stick it was great for first few months and now everything sticks and leaving marks on the pan and will not come clean.

・気に入ったことテフロンはいずれ剥がれるので、今回のチタンにセラミックコートなら剥がれないと思い購入。取り敢えず少量の油を引いて使用してますが、ホントに全くこびり付かないのが嬉しい。ただこれから、どのくらいの期間、継続するかがポイント。日本語の説明が無いので加熱直後に水を注ぐのは避け、冷めてから水を張っておくと気持ち良いほどに綺麗に汚れが落ちる。今は満足して使ってます。・気に入らなかったこと輸入品なので仕方ないとしても、最低限の注意事項は書面で欲しい。また、柄の部分が持ちにくく、もう少し改良の余地ありかと思います。

All the 4 stars are a guess on my part but it sure looks like it will do the job perfectly.It is a gift which I will purchase one for myself after Christmas.
