Good pans
When I first used these pans the food did stick to them. But strangely enough after the first use they are truly nonstick. They are so easy to clean, and light weight I believe they are a great value for the money. I do expect to have them for a very long time due to the quality and performance. Please read the paper instructions with important information about use..

These are the best non-stick pans I have ever owned. Even scrambled eggs come out of the pan without sticking. They have not scratched like Teflon does. I wash them by hand to protect the outer finish, but they wash up beautifully.

We have been looking for a pan that won’t stick after the first time it’s used. This pan is great. We’ve only had to use a little oil to cook. Everything wipes right up. The heat seems to deliver evenly through the pan. I love the color of the pans. I’ve been using it every day since I got it & no scratches. We love them so much that we ordered the whole set.

We have been using Gotham Steel pans for some while now. We like them because they last a fairly long time and have an easy price point. The negative review has nothing to do with their product, but we ordered new pans and got horribly used ones. Used were available but there’s not way we would purchase a used item like this. I’ve double and triple checked and indeed we did purchase them brand new. Amazon messed up on this one and we are very annoyed.

I am happy with my purchase. It is non stick and doesn’t flake. It is a replacement for an older set. People in my house scratched up the old ones by using metal utensils in it. They have been advised not to do that to my new set. I like how scrambled eggs do not stick. Even cheesy things do not stick.

This is my second delivery of Gotham Steel products. My first was a Christmas gift from my Son. That product (large double handled pot with glass lid) was stunningly accurate in its promises. Nothing sticks to the pot……not mashed potatoes not sticky pasta with cheese. Heats evenly, cooks evenly, and with cleanup so effortless, it makes me want to cook more!
My brand new skillets are actually exciting to use. Scrambled eggs slid right out of the skillet. I deliberately fried burgers, where I usually grill them. I wanted to see how much they would stick or burn. That did not happen…..Yaaaayyyy!!
Keep the products coming! I will continue to purchase and talk to others extolling their reliability and price point.
