Love it
Nice weight but not as heavy as a cast iron grill/griddle. Quality is great and i feel it a really good value. The size is perfect for my stove top. Cleaning is a breeze even when the blood from the meat is burnt on. Definitely will not rust as cast iron. I will definitely buy another one for camping.

perfect size & definitely recommend
I have a cast iron pan like this and it’s just sitting in the stove 24/7 unused because it’s sooo heavy. Cast iron is heavy, hard to clean and store but this product clicks almost all the boxes. I say almost because I still have to use a drop of olive oil on the surface to make it 100% non stick. Not an issue but that’s why only 4 stars. I have used this on my gas stove 4 or 5 times since I got it a little over a week ago. It has an even heating surface. My gas stove hasn’t damaged it not one little bit. I love this and I will get another one if anything happens to this one. My son has been eyeing it up when he visits. Lol. It cleans beautifully and best of all it won’t ever rust! Wonderful purchase. I highly recommend this.

Cooks evenly super convenient pan
I recently tried out the Gotham Steel Reversible Grill Pan and Griddle Pan, and it has quickly become a favorite in my kitchen! The non-stick surface works like a charm, making cleanup super easy and hassle-free. I love that I can flip it over for grilling on one side and cooking up pancakes or eggs on the other. It heats evenly, so everything cooks perfectly without any hot spots. The only downside is that it can be a bit heavy, but overall, itâs a fantastic versatile tool for stovetop cooking. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to maximize their cooking options!

Not “non-stick”
“Ultra Non-Stick”? I don’t think so… Used the griddle 3 times. Third time, pancakes completely stuck to surface. In the trash.

Very much non-stick, could use a lid
I waited until I had some fairly extensive use with this interesting kitchen gadget/pan. It’s a light aluminum with a very non-stick ceramic coating, that seems pretty durable as well.I would call the design/idea innovative, and I would also suggest that this innovation could be leveraged further with a square glass lid. I see there are several to choose from that look like they would fit, and have a metal rim so I would seriously consider getting one, if you find that you like this pan.And there is a lot to like. I hesitated to put it directly on my gas range, especially when it says “Safe to 500 degrees.” Well, your results may vary, but mine was absolutely no worse for the wear. The fish (see photo) started out with some of the sugary marinade still on it, and this created a real sticky black mess by the time I took the fish off the grill. But it wiped right off after I let it cool down!Still, even with all that burnt smoky mess, the filet reached only 105 degrees Fahrenheit, so I stuck my cod in the microwave for exactly 60 seconds and it was pretty tasty after that. But (I think) this would not have been necessary if I had used a lid to contain the heat. The other photo shows some chicken tenders, coming up looking pale after being baked in the oven at 350. I would have liked a bit more of a char, and so I will crank up the heat a bit more next time.Overall, I have no complaints and it is amazingly easy to clean up, even with the raised grill surface ridges. It’s light and conducts heat well, making it perfect for stovetop use. The fact that it is slightly oversized (see picture) doesn’t bother me in the least, it still fits (barely). 5 stars for innovation, and quality in execution.

Making bacon
Grease built up on the flat side when making bacon and spilled over on stove. The grated side did not work as well for bacon
