Excellent pan for frying eggs, bacon, pork chops, stir fry, if you follow the initial directions you do not need any butter or cooking spray, big in size and cleans up very well, have had it a few weeks now and use it everyday. I hand wash it and comes out great!!

Good non stick. But not flat.
I took it out of the box and added some water. As you can see in the image, it’s not flat. There’s a small inverse bowling. I removed 1 star for that.But also as you can see in the image, it’s a bit water-phobic, which bodes well for non-sticking. We’ll see how long that lasts.My first use was bacon followed by eggs. It performed perfectly. Cooked well and no sticking at all. Clean up was super easy.It looks great and seems to be of good quality. It’s light, which can be good, but makes me worry a bit about durability.The handle didn’t get hot — unless I got too close to the pan. That is, even the “sleeve” portion of the handle was too hot to touch nearer the pan. Not a problem but something to be aware of because it LOOKS like it wouldn’t be hot there.I won’t be touching it with metal and I’ll only be hand washing it.

Update: Iâve used this pan for a few days now and I absolutely hate it. Itâs beyond terrible. This acts like a $10 throw away pan. Please, save your money and buy a nice investment pan like the Always Pan by Our Place or Williams Sonoma. You will be throwing this pan away within a year or less. The material is garbage. Itâs absolutely not as advertised. Surface scratches SUPER easy. The handles have sharp edges which is NOT fun when trying to wash it. Thereâs a very clear warp in the middle. All the food Iâve attempted to cook in this slide to the edges of the pan because of the center hump. I wouldnât even buy this pan on clearance. Itâs a really bad investment. Itâs bad enough that I may just pitch it if Iâm unable to return it. I went against my better instincts and got this instead of a high quality, last forever pan. Think of it this way, would you rather spend $50/year for crappy, throw away pans (adding up to A LOT of $$)? Or spend $200 on a pan that will last a lifetime?Original review: Just got this pan today and just used it⦠Iâm torn because honestly it feels very, very cheap to me. Itâs not a heavy pan, and I love heavier pans because they make multitasking in the kitchen easier. I can stir something with one hand and not have to stand there and hold the pan while Iâm stirring. This pan you absolutely need to hold. Not a deal breaker. The hammered part is pretty, but the aluminum helper handle and lid handle could have been done a lot better. They remind me of something on camping cookware. As far as non stick, this pan definitely has it. Itâs super slick. Took like 2 seconds to wash. Literally nothing stuck to this pan. If youâre cooking eggs with no oil/no butter, Iâd highly suggest you cook them low and slow or they will stick (as other reviews have complained about). Metal utensils, even though this advertises metal utensils, Iâd only use them in an emergency. I always stick to wood and nylon utensils. Trust me, it will keep your pans nicer for longer. And thatâs my two cents on this pan 🙂

Wanted a solid copper pan for a while! This one was reasonably priced and LARGE too! Used it once already and it didn’t disappoint. Trick is that this is not a NON-STICK pan and metal utensils should not be used in it to keep its finish. Overall, a very nice pan. Highly recommend!

Early usage indicates it meets expectations. Yes the Eggs slide off, yeas I made an omelette directly in the pan, fried bacon and sautéed mushrooms and it still looks like new! No I don’t use metal instruments in the pan, I am not a tester! So far excellent. We got the smaller pan to try it out, will wait a while to see if it lasts the test of time. I do tend cook at lower temperatures on all pans so I have no burned anything on it yet, but bacon residue (cooked without oil) on a higher heat came off easily.
