Amazing Cookware! Strong, light weight, ultra non stick & ridiculously easy to clean! Glass lids are durable and fit great. Highly recommend. Note pans might cook a bit faster/hotter than other pans. The heat transfer is insane. Best pots & pans for the money. Make sure you have ALL non-metal utensils. They don’t scratch easy but why chance it or ruin them.

Iâm writing this review about a year and a half after buying the set and can say that Iâve been pretty well satisfied with the set especially at the price I paid. But if youâre someone who cooks multiple times a day/week with them, youâll notice that the nonstick surface wears out and doesnât do itâs job as well after the first year or so.However, Iâm only noticing that happening in the 3 frying pans which are what get used the most in our house. All of the pots still feel like new so I do think this is a set that can last longer if you donât cook as frequently or take the time to hand-wash as opposed to throwing it in the dishwasher.My set has done well to not look very stained either but we bought the same one for my parents and theirs donât seem to have held up as well in this regard, so maybe that just depends on how you care for them.Overall this is a good set, especially if you get it on sale for under $100 like I did. 4/5

Very attractive hammered copper finish. Heats evenly and handles stay cool. Nice glass covers. Clean up quickly. Using wood utensils instead of the black plastic serving spoons and spatulas they included.

â NOT real Gotham Steel (I’m “sticking” to that)!!
I am familiar with GS – I’ve purchased GS sets before and LOVE GS. I wanted MORE of them because my son is always using them and leaving them at his ‘house’ (unattached house on our property – lol).THIS set was AWFUL.First of all, the ones in the pictures are NOT the ones I received AND if you notice, even the pictures (look at the handles in each) are different in every picture. While the original Gotham Steel pans and pots have a thick, almost flat but with a little curve, handle, the ones PICTURED here are NOT all flat … AND the ones I received were ROUND!!! Now, that doesn’t SOUND terrible, except it IS. First, they retain 100% heat (unlike the original flatter handles) which makes you need to use an oven mitt. Well, guess what? TWICE, the pots I was holding with the oven mitt TURNED IN MY HAND!!! The round, slick, thin, HOT handle literally just went with the weight of the food, I guess, and it LITERALLY turned like a doorknob in my mitted hand. LUCKILY I was burned only once because I was wearing pants the last time and I never wear pants! And trust me, this would be a totally different issue if one of our dogs had gotten burned. Anyway, that is just the HANDLES. “AWFUL” does not do them justice.The pots and pans themselves are just visibly different than the originals. You can look at the edges, and SEE how NOT smooth the cut was. No sanding or refining, either. Just … cheap.LASTLY, the REASON that Gotham Steel is one of the most amazing cookware options there is on the market, is because nothing sticks to real Gotham Steel (at least not for a long, long time and much, much use). THESE, that I am reviewing here, had everything stick to them. Eggs, steak, burgers, fries … You COULD take a paper towel to it, but with the original GS, one flick and any residue (oily, etc.) would be gone. With these, you have to work to clean it (them).SO, either GS has devolved terribly – which I refuse to believe; or the set I received was just NOT a real Gotham Steel set. It is packed and ready to go back.Amazon – STOP ‘hiding’ negative reviews. People should have a chance to decide what to invest in based on ALL information at hand – and they WANT to just that, as seen by the upvotes despite my review apparently needing to be searched for. They look very nice. I used the big pot for chili and clean up was a breeze. Also they are light weight. The handles on pans and handle on the lids get hot. Have to use potholders. Directions say use medium or low heat only.

This set is wonderful and I love the inside colour. Cooking on a lower temperature, with no added fat and fast cleanup even when you forget you put something on to cook and the contents are black.
