I love the matte finish. The base and kettle are an exact color match. The long goose neck spout prevents burns and allows me to perfectly aim the stream of water. Itâs easy to turn on and the switch lights up. The handle is insulated so itâs not too warm to hold. It heats the water to a soft boil very quickly! No rusting, the paint has not faded or chipped even with daily use. The inside is still flawless. No deterioration or wear on the joints of the metal. No leaking. Still heats the water as fast as the day I got it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Great product, great price, arrived fast too.

Been using the kettle for a while.No leaks, no problem so far.It looks VERY good for the reasonable price, and almost as good looking as the original Balmuda/Stagg.Heating is actually FASTER.Capacity is larger.Hope this will last at least few years!

I bought this for my mom for Christmas and she absolutely loves it. I think it was her favorite present. She loves it even more than her new Galaxy S9+ tablet!ðð. It’s extremely fast and the pedestal is the perfect weight and very stable. The color is beautiful and it looks like a work of art. You can fill it reliably above the maximum water line and it will handle it perfectly. So, for its size, you can boil a good amount of water. It is loud but that is a side effect of it fast boiling nature. The handle is very comfortable and it has a little silicone spot for your thumb to increase your grip. It’s perfectly balanced as well so it pours beautifully. It’s entirely stainless steel inside without any plastic or silicone! The lid is snug and stays put but is easy to remove using the handle. I give this thing a 10/10. I can’t think of anything I would improve. I haven’t looked, but it would be nice if they sold a larger version with a regular spout.

This kettle looks wonderful. It is chic and stylish and would look really good on my kitchen top next to my Fabuletta air fryer.However, IT DOESN’T WORK!It has a 2 Pin Plug (which I suppose is American) instead of the 3 Pun plug that we use in this country.Customer Service advised me to use an adapter! I don’t think it’s safe to use a 13amp appliance plugged into an adapter.I wouldn’t feel comfortable.In any case, I couldn’t find an adapter that took a two flat pin plug.I can’t find anywhere on the description that informs customer that the kettle can’t be used in this country.As my Fabuletta air fryer, bought from Amazon UK has, has a uk plug and as I purchased both appliances as an Amazon UK customer, I didn’t imagine the kettle would be any different.I’m really unhappy!
