Great for 2lb loaves
The pans came well packaged and very solid pans. I couldnât tell you the last time o bought bread from the store. But I wanted to make a larger loaf. I washed in hot soapy water and hand dried. I weighed out 2 lbs of dough to make my loaf. Baked up beautifully and the release was perfect. Nothing better than homemade bread. Very satisfying knowing all whatâs in what youâre eating.

My only real disappointment was that tinny smell they hold after a run through the dishwasher for their first clean. That scent sometimes transfers to the bread making it unpalatable. I’m guessing the finish on them doesn’t extend to under the rolled edges. Otherwise perfect for what I needed. Will be damp wiping to clean from now on to avoid further tinniness.

Fantastic and as long as you take care of them properly, they will remain nonstick for a very long time period and once they start to lose the non stick. Eventually , some wax paper will keep these things awesome. Very easy to clean. Good value. Decent weight. Durable coating.

going to order 2 more today. If I’m going to spend time making bread and turning on the oven I want to make big loafs. i bake 2 at a time and when one batch is done I toss the other 2 in the oven while it’s hot. These are metal and should last.

I have had these pans for 5 months and they had been great up until 20 days ago, when they started becoming rusty and the non-stick coating does not work anymore. I have handwashed them with care and never scrubbed them hard, so it doesn’t make any sense. Each time now, the rust becomes worse. Last time I baked bread, which was yesterday, the rust even came out on the bread… It’s a pity because they are the perfect size for my cakes and bread.
