Baking Sheet
I bought two of these to replace my 15+-year old stainless-steel cookie sheets. These are heavy and very sturdy, and do not warp in the oven. I also like the surface texture; I think it helps my cookies come out better by allowing just enough underneath them so the bottoms don’t burn. They hand-wash nicely, too. I expect to buy two more at some point before next holiday season.

Great Pans!
Had to start switching out my old williams sonoma pans with new ones and decided to try these. Nice quality and so far my baked goods have come out great. no burned bottoms. I tried these two pans and ordered a few more in different sizes. Definitely a great buy!
