More like a no-stick coating
I actually got this just to put over a wire shelf in my freezer so I could slide things in and out more easily. It’s dimensions were nearly exact, except I had to slightly bend the upturned side a bit more. When I did so the non-stick coating immediately began to crack and flake off. Nearly all non-stick coatings easily wear off like this. So unless you want to eat teflon flakes I would not use this for direct contact of food. But it works great for my needs.

Non-stick is a hope more than a promise
I’m not sure why but non-stick in the oven doesn’t work well for my cookie sheets. I usually find it’s a dozen or two uses (cooking on it or using it as a drip catcher) before food is baked on. The non-stick did not flake off, like happens with many pans, but was soon hidden under a brown surface that couldn’t be washed off (despite soaking every time I used the sheet).After 18 months I’m still using the pan and will continue to do so. I use my “professional” aluminum half-rack baking sheets for cookies but use this often as a drip pan or cooking fish and chips. It’s still as non-stick as before, but the surface turned a baked-on brown (old oils?) that’d have taken steel wool to remove after the first 60 days.

The larger sheet came bent on a corner. The box wasn’t bent so therefore, i must have been packed damaged. It isn’t enough to pay to return it and pay postage however, I paid for something new and perfect and was disappointed.
