These knives are wonderful and very SHARP! So sharp, that I cut an entire nerve in my hand on accident and now need surgery to repair it.. Definitely recommend though!

Beautiful but not very sharp…
These knives are awesome, the blade matches my cookwear and the handles are smooth and soft to the touch. My only complaint is that right out of the package, they seemed to be a bit dull for being brand new knives. Luckily I have a knife sharpener, and after using that, I noticed a big difference.

One knife won’t come out of sleeve.
All the knives cut well. They are well priced for the quality. I was able to remove every knife without hesitation except one. It’s almost as if it’s super glued in there. I ran it under hot water hoping it would loosen the plastic sleeve but nope. I wrote customer care email and they responded with…. “use two hands to remove knife” as if I didn’t try that… I would have give a 5 star but I’m down a knife that I can’t use. I would buy again for a gift.
