Great little spatula!
I love this brand and have purchased almost all their utensil types. This one is very sturdy from the handle down, but the spatula part is more flexible than other brands I’ve used. Because of the flexibility, it’s great for scraping out jars or scraping small amounts of food that are sticky. It’s small, so it’s not ideal for large batches of anything. I also wouldn’t really recommend it for actually cooking anything. It works best for scraping cold/room temp food. I always put it in the dishwasher, top rack, and it’s held up great! Scratch resistance and heat resistance is top notch with this brand. I bought it to help scrape out jars like jelly, mayonnaise, peanut butter, honey, or mixing up aiolis and it works great!

Not as flexible as other spatulas but nice and long and sturdy. Reaches into a gallon jar with no problem. Nice for cooking too since it’s rated for high temperatures.

I like this item because it is smaller in size than my regular spatula which I use for bigger cooking jobs. However, I use this smaller one almost every day because it fits my hand well, is easy to rinse off and use again and fits easily into my utensil draw. I also have the spoon shaped spatula which is great too. Most of the time the one I grab first gets the job. The one-piece design is excellent and cleans easily.

It’s hard to give a realistic review given I’ve had it for such a short period of time but so far it’s working quite nicely, hasn’t picked up any food smells so I’m comfortable using it for both cooking and baking, I’ve put it through the dishwasher a dozen times and haven’t noticed any wear or tear, so far so good!edit:I’ve used these spatulas for almost exactly a year and I have nothing but positive things to say about them, great structure that hugs and scrapes the curves of fry pans, woks, and mixing bowls perfectly, very durable and virtually heat proof (no more melted handles!). I’ve now ordered 2 additional GIT 11-Inch in other colours and even still they’re only ever found in the dishwasher because they’re the first thing I reach for to make almost everything.The price is a big deterrent for me unfortunately so while I want (and arguably need) more it’s hard to justify the price, worse is having someone ask for recommendations and trying to decide whether or not I want to recommend a $23 spatula when plenty of cheap (even if they are lower in quality) options more conveniently available to them, we all know at least a few people that are still highly wary of online shopping so I hope to see this awesome product just become more accessible.
