Small kitchen/storage space?
No matter what size kitchen you have or how much cabinet/storage space, these cutting boards are a real find . I was looking to replace my lucite boards, as they were too small, plus I like to use a surface other than wood for trimming chicken/meat/fish. I couldn’t find anything I really liked until I came across these. The little knife bonus was a definite plus. They stay in place on the counter, wash beautifully, and bend for easily adding contents to another bowl, processor, or pan. But, I wanted to direct some comments to those among us who work in small kitchens, and have limited storage space like I do. Let’s face it, we have to be quite creative! If you’re looking to purchase new cutting boards, seriously consider these. No dishwasher? Small drain boards? No problem! They’re thin and flexible! Wood cutting boards cramping your cabinet space? I store these easily next to my plethora of cookware. Heck, you can even store them behind a utensil holder on your countertop, and they take up no room at all! You can cut easily, there’s no scratching on the surface, and the color assortment is lovely. I know I sound like I’m selling these things out of the trunk of my car, but small-kitchen cooks need all the help they can get. All I’m saying is, here’s a cutting board that’s made for us.

I needed this and didn’t even know it.
This handy little thing has become an everyday gadget in my kitchen. I am trying to remember what I did without it, and it’s as if life began when it arrived. Well, that might be a slight exaggeration.
It is thin, but protects my granite countertop. It doesn’t slide around at all when I’m cutting something. After daily use cutting apples, cucumber, onion, etc. there are no knife marks. It even works as a hot pad.
Good product for a good price.

Where is the knife?
I like the cutting board but I didn’t receive the knife claimed to come with it. I’m keeping the cutting board because it’s a nice size and has good features but I’m sad about the missing knife

I received the cutting pad on time and it was what I expected except I thought it would be a little bigger. The knife is actually quite sharp and I have used it often. The cutting pad works very well and I am considering buying another one. I like the ease of washing it and it stays put while cutting. I am giving 4 stars just because I would like this in a larger size.
