Very disappointed
I was so excited to open up the package and unfortunately just as disappointed to discover so many flaws. Understandably if theyâre hand painted and fired there are gonna be some imperfections in one of the photos you can see that the color just didnât adhere to a small area. That I could except. However the chips and an even glazed surface of some of the pieces was just too much to overlook. In addition some of the pieces the bottoms were very very rough and I could see that they would actually scratch the plates if I stacked them. Was thinking of getting in contact with the company so much to tell them they need to have better quality control. If these items are being produced in China then they should be checked by a experienced quality control person before they are entered into the American market.On the other hand it could just be damage that this particular company doesnât mind eating and using as a right off. Iâm wondering if this is an American company just drop shipping from China. A lot of this is going on lately and so much of these products are junk I canât even tell you how disappointed I am here and if I had known that this was going to happen I would never have even ordered these. As it stands too many products are being brought into Amazons market that arenât really vetted properly. Too many products are coming in from China as I mentioned earlier and very poor condition. For example almost everything that you see on Facebook to purchase is made in China I do not purchase anything that I see on Facebook and I canât even feel safe purchasing things on Amazon.

The plate set is sturdy, durable and the design is beautiful. Definitely going to buy another set. Plus, they are dishwasher safe. A great value for the price. Color is vibrant.

The plates and bowls are really pretty and the color is nice. the color on the coffee cups doesnât wrap around 100% I ordered two sets. Out of the 2 sets, 2 items were chipped. I saw this issue in previous reviews but went ahead and ordered them anyway. Not gonna send them back, chips are small and one is on a coffee cup, Iâm not a coffee drinker and honestly just donât care about the cups. All in all, I like them, just wish they werenât blemished.

I knew when I bought these that they werenât going to be like the expensive department store sets, but the price is so good. They are going to chip easily, as cup was chipped and was replaced by Amazon in no time! I will just be careful with them. We use placemats on wood table so my table will not get chipped. Over all I will enjoy my dishes! I too know you get what you pay for. They set a pretty table.

Es hermosa pero los platos extendidos llegan rayados. Devolvà la primer compra. Realicé la segunda y lo mismo, 2 platos extendidos rayados. Al final me quedé con ella porque me encantó. SerÃa muy bueno incluyeran platos medianos
