got these for general kitchen use-more specifically with the air fryer and when I’m frying potstickers. They’re good quality, not to flimsy, but don’t go thinking you’ll be able to flip a 18oz steak with them either… for flipping small items in the pan or grabbing them out of a hot air fryer, they’re great. Strong enough not to flex too much, but small enough to get between items in a crowded pan. Tip is lightly scored to give better grip on foods, textured grip allows easy use.
