I use these every single time I bake a cheesecake for my small business. I just pop this on the bottom of my springform pan and nothing leaks. Water doesnât seep in and I donât cover the bottom of my pan with tinfoil or anything. Super easy to clean. It fits my 9inch springform pan.

Have to edit my last review since it was inaccurate, it did NOT melt to the bottom of the pan but formed an insane vacuum in the water bath that was strong enough to bend the aluminum cake pan in was sitting in. It keep the water out and doesn’t impart any rubbery flavor to the cheesecake, just me sure not to use it with a springform pan with an outer lip or you might have the same vacuum issue although it can be resolved by just putting it back in the oven.

This product has changed go take for my cheesecakes!! I used to wrap my pan in tinfoil and then putting it in a water bath but now I just use these and I see way less to no condensation in my pan. Quality seems good, and Iâm saving money on tinfoil in the long run.

Fits perfectly on my 9â pan. It is a good quality and feels like it will last a long time. My springform pan leaks sometimes so this helps with keeping my batter from dripping all over the oven. Very easy to clean, simply rinses right off. It was shipped folded up but quickly bounces back into shape once unpackaged.
