Fat handles
I like these knives–especially being able to get 8 in a set as opposed to 6. However, gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the handles are rather thick and don’t fit easily in the slots on the knife holder .

Surprised at the quality for the price. Nice sturdy handles and blades aren’t too thin and don’t bend. Sharp and nice looking. Very pleased with the purchase. As with most knives don’t put in dishwasher and dry as soon as they are washed or the blades will discolor and stain.

I skinned a huge fillet of salmon with them and the knife slid between the skin and flesh like the most expensive knife. I was very impressed with them.
