I only bought this to stir my natural peanut butter, not thefake kind that says natural-spread, but real ‘Natural’ thatcontains only Peanuts and Salt period.Most of these and held blenders are only 300 watts, I thoughtthat maybe 500watt would be a better idea, it wasn’t. Themotor actually tripped its thermal cutout during use, it’sa sealed unit with no venting.So I finished the job with my 18 volt drill using a spade bit lol.I’ve ordered a stirring bit and will be using that with mydrill , if it breaks, I’ll go back to the spade-bit.Cleaning the blade and housing was not easy either.This product is probably fantastic for mixing drinks,and smoothies that don’t include things like carrotsor ice, just soft fruits etc..Nice looking product, just not suited for what I needed itfor, and not expensive enough to warrant paying for the return.

Great Blender
Got this so I could make homemade mayonnaise. Works so good. Love the food processor attachment for hummus. Feels very durable and powerful. I’ve made ice cream by blending frozen fruit with Greek yogurt and maple syrup. So many uses.

Worth more than what you pay for!
For 30 bucks (or less on flash sale?) this thing really works wonders. I’ve been using it basically daily since I bought it months ago and it hasn’t had a single issue. YMMV but mine at least is perfect, so give it a try!

UPDATE: Well, I really wish it weren’t so, but this thing already broke! I hate being right…ugh. The black plastic casing around the base where it attaches to the motor cracked DURING USE! Absolutely no reason it should have cracked, I was blending warm oil! Also, this thing has a dial on it to change speed – but it does NOTHING. I have it set all the way down to 1, and it’s way WAY too fast. So, yeah, it’s powerful, but if you can’t control/change the speed, why is that dial even provided?? Changing the speed setting does nothing to change the speed at all, it is one consistent overly fast speed, and it does not change no matter where you place the setting. I’m totally frustrated and disgusted, you certainly do get what you pay for! Figures, only have had it for like a month lol. BUYER BEWARE!My Original Review:I purchased this for soap making as my kitchen aid blender stick finally bit the dust. This is light weight…and actually so much easier for me to hold with one hand. Also, the stick removes from the base, making clean up a BREEEEEEzzze. Perfect amount of power, easy to use, light weight, easy cleanup… what more can you ask for! Hope it lasts… don’t think for one second I won’t come back here and lower my rating and update my review if it doesn’t lol. That is why so many people make bad purchase decisions… people give reviews right away, and then the product fails over the course of a few weeks or a month or so. So… really hope this lasts AT LEAST a year or longer.
