High quality and very sharp
I’ve been looking for quality non-serrated steak knives for some times. Most good quality knives cost a lot of money. These knives are reasonably priced, I decided to give them a try. They arrived in a well protected box and each has its own knife guard. They are very sharp out-of-box, each knife pass the paper test. They also cut steaks, pork chops, chicken with ease. I also like the classic look and they way it feel in my hand. Over all very pleased with this purchase. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new set of steak knifes.

These steak knives turned out to be a great buy. There is a lot of value for the price. Each steak knife has a satisfying, weighted feel to it. I believe that you could easily expect to pay in the $80-$125 range.The non-serrated blade has a smooth cut and makes eating steak a more satisfying experience. If you are using the steak knives daily (wouldn’t we all like to eat steak daily!) they will probably need to be sharpened. We plan to use the steak knife set when having guests over or eating a nice meal. So I don’t think we will have to worry about that for a while.They have a great customer service policy too. If I am unhappy for any reason, I can return the knives within a year. This will give me a chance to feel them out to make sure I like them.Be warned though, these steak knives are not dishwasher safe! Either way, they are much better than my last set. It was a cheaper set of steak knives that was worthless within a year. Better to pay a little extra and have something that actually lasts.

Very Nice Knives
Got these knives because they were a good match for our Wustof Classic knive set. They will be stored in the same knife block. These knives are beautiful and very sharp. They can also be used as a utility knive. They are also boxed beautifully and would make a nice shower or house warming gift. Also, since they are not aerated, they can be easily sharpened when it becomes necessary. Some people have expressed concerns about rusting but good knives, like our Wustofs, should always be hand washed and hand dried – never put in the dishwasher. This is to prevent water spots and nicking the edge. Only giving 4 stars because we just got them and donât know how well they will stand up over time. However, I have no reason to believe they wonât if they are taken care of properly.

Nice quality, better than expected
I don’t write product reviews, but these are outstanding steak knives. Because I’ve purchased a few disappointing sets, I’m very much aware there is a lot of substandard product out there. These are actually better than expected. The non serrated blades have a brilliant edge right out of the box, and as someone who is obsessive about my knife edges, I was pretty impressed. The knives have a deep finger guard which I appreciate, and the grip is nicely shaped and weighted. The design of the knives is thoughtful, as is the Apple quality packaging–I mean, it’s seriously nice–which makes these knives a really lovely gift that looks more expensive than it is. You won’t go wrong with these.

Very impressed with the quality of these knives for the money. Out of the box, they’re very sharp and I like that they’re not serrated so I can sharpen them in the future. These replaced an old set of serrated steak knives that came as part of a set and it’s like night and day — no more sawing!You could go spend hundreds on knives that will probably be the best set of knives you’ve ever owned. Or you could pay much less and get these and be just as happy and spend that extra money on steaks!

These are the best steak knives I have ever used. They are beautifully finished, extremely sharp and come in a great protective case. In addition, each knife also has a protective reusable plastic sheath. They are so nice, I hate to eat with them. One of the best features is that they are not serrated. Serrated knives shred meat instead of cutting it, making a mess out of beautiful steaks. I guess is you are trying to cut tough meat, the serrations may help but I don’t like them. These blades cut through good steak like the proverbial hot knife through butter.

These knives were delivered in some very nice packaging. Used them for the first time this weekend on a 2.5cm ribeye. Cut through without a hitch. I got tired of my serrated steak knives tearing meat. These worked perfectly and I would definitely recommend them.
