Exceptional Dutch Oven for Versatile and Durable Cooking
This Nuovva Cast Iron Dutch Oven has been a game-changer in my kitchen! The 6.4-quart capacity is perfect for family meals, and the dark blue enamel adds a beautiful touch to my cookware collection. It is stunning, and the cast iron holds and distributes heat evenly, making it a breeze to cook everything from hearty stews to artisan bread with consistently excellent results. The non-stick enamel coating is a huge plus—it makes cleanup easy and ensures that nothing sticks to the bottom, even with the most intense searing or baking at high temperatures. I’ve used it up to its 500°F limit without any issues. This Dutch oven is built to last, with a sturdy feel and design that shows quality craftsmanship. Whether you’re a seasoned chef or a home cook, this pot offers impressive versatility, durability, and style. Highly recommend!

    Beautiful, functional, frugal
With a Family of 7 and cooking from scratch 3 times a day, I can say that this Dutch oven has been excellent. It’s larger than “standard”, cleans up very easily and is a beautiful blue color. The enamel scratches easily with metal utensils, which seems to be normal and I’m just not particular enough to always use wood or silicone, but I think if you were careful, it wouldn’t scratch. The size is great for a large family- much more useful than my lodge or pioneer woman Dutch ovens.

    Heavy duty pot
I like the weight of the pot & love the color. Returned one & ordered another. Tiny flaw in bottom of pot. Hopefully it won’t matter. Cooks great.

Very good product for the price, beautiful looking, easy to cook and easy to clean.
Very good product for the price, beautiful looking, easy to cook and easy to clean. The only short-coming is that it is heavier than I expected for its size, the cast iron thicker than Le Creuset pots (but of course Le Creuset is a lot more expensive). But it is not a problem as the pot is 2 quart. Ovearll this is very good.

    Beautiful pot
Very well made and beautiful coloring. Very deep if cooking a roast or chicke there is lots of room to add all your fresh vegetables. I would recommend. Very heavy.

2 qt size perfect with modern toaster over/air fryer
I have been cooking for myself and others ever since my Mom sent me off to college with a copy of the James Beard Cookbook in1960. 64 years. In that time, I’ve lost count of how many electric crock pots, multicookers, toaster ovens, microwaves, and recently induction burners and air fryers I’ve tried. For this review, I would like to recommend the following: If you have a decent, modern, ‘smart oven and air fryer’, such as my new Nuwave Bravo XL Pro, get yourself one of these small Dutch Ovens. Then pack up your crock pots and multicookers and drop them off at Goodwill. You will find that you can do everything better – with one exception – with this Dutch Oven and your Smart Oven/Air Fryer.First, compare what you are cooking your food in. If its a Crock Pot, its a clay pot of some type. If a multicooker, A thin flimsy, likely PFOA coated Aluminum pot. Can you start something in either of these on your induction burner before finishing them in their cooker? Of course not. They won’t work. Not iron. Put them on a regular stovetop, the first will shatter, the second incinerate your food to the bottom.Next, what about simply using the containers as designed, in their electric ‘jackets’? Here the problem is that the ‘jacket’ usually heats from the bottom. Uneven. Your Chili comes out half glued to the bottom, and likely burned as well..particularly with the Multicooker where its a pita to remove the top to stir it.With this small Dutch Oven, it is heated much more uniformly in your toaster oven. Open the door, lift of lid, stir. Your Jacques Pepin Beef Burgundy is perfectly cooked after 2hrs at 275-300 degrees. Not 6 hrs in the Crock Pot, or again a burned mess in the thin heated-from-the bottom multicooker..And no PFOA coating to pollute it.Soups, other stews, and similar are uniformly cooked, at whatever temperature and time you program into your Toaster Oven.I mentioned there is one exception your Dutch Oven and Toaster Oven together can’t match or better vs. your multicooker. Its Pressure Cooking. For this, the answer is simple: buy the 6 qt Stainless (Never Aluminum) basic “rocker on top’ Presto Pressure Cooker for about $60..Enjoy many meals with your new Dutch Oven. And while I also have a 6 qt larger one I use in my main oven, this 2 qt one is perfect for one or two, and certainly for at least two meals per shot.

Molto bella cuoce perfettamente le pietanze mia moglie è rimasta meravigliata per la qualità costruttiva . Una volta pulita dopo l’uso la lascia sui fornelli spenti come fosse un soprammobile.

This is lovely, small and very heavy but such a good pot. Perfect size for 1-2 people. You can use it in the oven and in top of stove but really good product, definitely recommended.
