I bought a used version of this item through Amazon. It had a few scratches and slightly bent parts, but it was much cheaper compared to new.The package contains everything you need to put it together, although mine was missing one screw (for some reason, there were spare screws of all the other ones). I would rate the ease of instructions as being on-par with Ikea-type instructions. Love that you can adjust the height, which is one of the big reasons I selected this unit over others. It took me about an hour to put it together by myself. The materials don’t feel high-end (e.g. thin and soft metal, plastic gold knob, corrugated plastic window sheets).As a heads up, if you are planning to use the dish rack accessory inside the unit (as it was designed), the ends of the rack are exposed when you push them through. So be careful if you’re reaching up, there’s a risk of being poked. Also, the rack fits small dinner and salad plates.The package comes with some accessories that you can attach to various places on the unit. Unfortunately, not every accessory is modular. For example, the paper towels holder can be placed anywhere on the unit (such as the back/support bar, sides, top). But the cup hooks can’t, they can only fit in the thinner bars on the sides.I did forgo using a couple accessories because they either didn’t fit my needs. Or in one case, I had no idea what it was for. I do wish the unit came with one more wire basket.Despite these small shortcomings, I love this unit. When all’s said and done, it looks great on my counter and fits the space like it was meant to be there. I also enjoyed decorating it with fun magnets. (Note, in the pictures, I did swap out the default knob with a different one.)The unit feels fairly balanced and sturdy, but since it will be top-heavy, I intend to secure it my wall when I get a chance.
