These are will made and easy to use and clean. The only issue is they require a perfectly smooth surface to work well. I tries using these with a hex-clad pan and they catch on the pan etchings when trying to flip an egg. I think these would work well on a smooth pan or skillet.

My wife wanted a new metal spatula to replace the cheap plastic one we had. I found the Gourmet Easy metal spatulas and ordered them. We both loved them and the fact there was a smaller and larger spatula for different uses. Really high quality and dishwasher safe. We really love the sharp front edge on both for easy scooping and scraping when needed. Also loved the fact we are supporting a small family owned business. Highly recommended and worth every penny!

These are very well-designed, sturdy spatulas. Perfect sizes, feel great in the hand, and ideal for getting properly underneath food in a pan. Despite the long slats the metal feels very robust and is not at all flimsy like some cheaper designs I’ve tried. These are five-star products for me, but they might not be for you if you are a) left-handed because the slice ‘angle’ is designed for righties and b) if you prefer to hang your utensils up using a hole or hook. Finally, so many utensil handles leak water when they come out of the dishwasher – not these ones as the handle is fully sealed. Not the cheapest but I’m really glad I spent the money – these are designed to last and will serve me well for years.
