great sturdy pan
i baked a chocolate cake in it- came out perfectly flat- no doming. i used cooking spray to grease it- i had to break the suction with a butter knife, but no cake loss on release. next time i’ll use parchment.

Good Sturdy Baking Pan
I have used Fat Daddioâs baking pans for sometime. Theyâve held up well and easy to clean. I bought this particular size because it fits in my toaster oven as well as other cooking appliances like my air fryer.

Seems fragile. But it works for my purposes, I use it as a mold for making american cheese. Cleans up easy and is the perfect size for a burger slice. Don’t put it in the dishwasher. I always clean it by hand.

Perfect as I expected
I bought this for baking brownies since I wanted to make 36 squares instead of 16 in my 8 x 8 in sq pan so I scaled up my recipe. I line sides with 12 in parchment sheets so I can lift them out to place on cutting board and the brownies are perfect. I have several Fat Daddio pans and I have never been disappointed.

Ordered this square cake pan months ago to make my brotherâs bday cake (Prison Realm Cube from JJK) and the pan did not disappoint! It was shipped quickly and came just as described. Feels sturdy and bakes evenly!If you plan on baking with this, remember to brush the corners with butter or use some sort of spray so the cake slides out with no breakage in the edges! I highly recommend this pan ð¥³

My new favorite lasagne pan
I wanted a smaller and deeper pan for lasagne. The other pans were about 2 inches deep and large, so there was a lit of lasagne and because my lasagne has a lot of layers, ot tended to overflow. We bought the 8X8X4 pan, loaded it up for Christmas dinner, and we’re very happy with the results. It heats evenly, does not overflow, and cleaned up easily. It made about 2/3 the amount as a 9X13 pan, plenty for two older folks with enough leftover for another day. I could have done fine with the 3 inch deep version, but we are very happy with it. The relatively sharp corners are a plus for laying out the noodles.
