Solid construction and pours easily
This pot is great, I use it as a teapot and water pours evenly and cleanly from the spouts. No drips or spilling down the side of the pot. The pot is a nice weight.

Perfect size stainless steel saucepan, and love that straining lid!
All my saucepans are Farberware, and these 1-quart saucepans are the size I use most. They’re perfect for cooking a couple of servings of pasta, rice, beans, or sauce, reheating soup, steaming veggies, or whatever else you might have in mind. They heat up fast, but the comfortable grip on the handle ensures that you won’t burn yourself. Food doesn’t tend to stick to the stainless steel, and cleaning any residue later on is pretty easy, especially if you soak the pan for a minute. My favorite feature is the straining lid, which is so convenient for pouring off any excess water once your food is done. I should also add that if you’re not Martha Stewart in the kitchen, you can burn dinner several times in these saucepans before they start losing their finish. Farberware is tough! Not that I’ve ever had to test that out or anything…

Well designed, nicely made, very useful
I learned how to use small, lightweight cookware made for camping and hiking use, and last summer I thought about getting such a thing for household use in my kitchen, so I searched for what was available and got one of these Farberware Classic Stainless Steel 1-Quart Covered Straining Saucepans. Well, this little pan is very useful, I use it much more than I thought I would, and am delighted to have it.Here is an accessory having a 5.3-inch diameter which fits nicely across the bottom of this pan. By using lower cooking temperatures with one of these racks installed and the pan’s lid on, this pan can become a handy stove top oven which can cook and drain much of the oil out of a 1/2-pound hamburger, or a couple of skinless, boneless chicken thighs, or about four medium-sized sausages having their casings punctured. The second rack in this set of two racks can fit on top the first rack to nearly double the overall rack height to provide room for just enough water for steaming food.https://www.amazon.com/DECHOUS-Portable-Accessories-Campfire-Stainless/dp/B0CSXC3624/ref=cm_cr_srp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8&th=1

Great product
Great little pot. I use it to heat water for tea. I’ve used it about 4 weeks now and it already got white spots on the inside bottom part and a small rust spot. The white spots I very easily removed with a little lemon juice and water per manufacture instructions. I easily removed the rust spot with a baking soda and water paste.

Perfect for Chai
I came to get another to give as a gift. I bought this 11 years ago for myself and mostly use it to make Chai. It is perfect for that. Cleans easily and has great heat retention. I use the method that Diaspora spice co recommends, they have excellent instructions on Youtube and this is a great pan for Chai. Bundle it with tea and spices and you have a great gift.

It is a wonderful little sauce pan – great for heating up gravy or sauce, milk for hot cocoa, reheating coffee or tea, Campbell soups, etc.. You can even make 6 hard boil (or in my case, medium boil) eggs in one batch. The pan has a good weight, the bottom of the pan is heavy enough so that it sits nice and stable on the electric stove element even when it is empty. It has two spouts – one on either side of the handle to facilitate left or right-handed people, and both spouts are well designed and pour beautifully without spilling a single drop. When heating milk, I just hold my palm one inch above the pot and when adequate heat starts emanating from the liquid, I turn the stove off and let the remaining heat do the rest of the heating – never had to scrub the pot much. In fact this amazing little pot has totally replaced my more expensive 1L anodized, non-stick sauce pan. I like it so much that I ordered a second one for my son when he goes to university in September.
