Nice pan, Good weight
Nice weight and sturdy. Heavier than expected, in a good way. If fact, it is a little more than my regular larger cookie sheet. It’s middleweight, not too light or not too heavy. I got this one because it was Faberware, price, smaller size, and unusual color. I do use the cookie sheet for cookies and biscuits but I mainly use them as a support tray for when I use my silicone pans and when I am cooking several small dishes at a time. Easier to get them in and out of the oven, especially when my arthritis is flaring up and limiting my mobility. The only complaint I have is the box it was shipped in. Can’t fault the seller as Amazon fulfilled the order. I mean Really? They didn’t have a smaller box? I only ordered one not a dozen or more.

So worth it!
I bought this blind, as everyone else would be doing on here. Unable to feel it’s weight, I was a little nervous about quality but relied on the brand’s reputation and went ahead and placed the order. A week after it arrived, I christened it. I made a peach dump cake with a little brown sugar and cinnamon in with the peaches. No big deal except I forgot to grease the pan/use non-stick spray! To my surprise, the pan cleaned up without effort! It also has a good weight to it. Nice and thick. Not thin and questionable like “bargains” you find at discount stores. The quality is there! Thank you, Farberware, for a quality product!

First ever non-stick muffin pan Iâve ever used thatâs truly non-stick, and I purchased some expensive ones. This works great, and itâs a really pretty color.

Perfect pans for serious cake makers!
Pans are hefty and very sturdy. Heat evenly without hot spots. So far, I’ve used light baking spray before adding cake batter. I’ve been hesitant to not use baking spray b/c my cake “projects” were too important for experimentation . After a few more cakes, though, I may try leaving off the baking spray and see if there is any issue. The pans are definitely of the “nonstick” variety. If you love baking, these pans are a good choice. Cleanup is almost magic it is so easy! To be on the safe side against abrasion, I recommend stacking with a paper towel sheet between pans.

New purchase and they looked great and fit our needs well. Only issue so far is that the pans WARP when I use the oven broiler with tin foil , like doing sauages. Not sureiof the broiler heat output may be exceeding the 450 F rating these have, but will put a gauge on it and update this. Regulat cooking is a cinch and they clean well.

Best pans ever!
These are beautiful pans and so great! I never have an issue with sticking and after using them for awhile they still look good. Note that I do not use cooking spray on these. Instead I grease them with shortening. I have figured out that cooking spray actually makes things stick worse and your pans look like crap over time. Cared for properly, these muffin pans will last a long time.
