I have been very impressed with the beauty and quality of these plates and bowls. They have subtle irregulars in shape and that feel like rustic and natural, as if they were handmade by an artistic craftsperson. They are both sturdy and elegant and faring well in the dishwasher and the microwave.One of the plates arrived with a little chip, but the company generously attended to the issue. I was very pleased with their prompt attention to my complaint and now will be purchasing a set of their pasta bowls to complete my set.
