We have gone through various kettles, and the Fabuletta gooseneck kettle is doing well thus far (the first couple months or so).The construction/build of the unit is good. The lid fits tight, and the base is solid/stable. It has a nice look as well. The buttons on the base are soft touch (not push buttons), so they are flush to the surface. The heat up time is good – the time for a full kettle to boil is about 5-6 minutes. Maybe not the fastest, but sufficient enough. I like the temperature readout shown on the base. The kettle holds its temperature fairly well. However, the insulation is not that thick – I mean the body of the kettle is extremely hot, only use the handle to lift/carry the kettle. The spout for pouring out water is controlled and comfortable.There are a bunch of other features with the unit, but I haven’t utilized any of them – we just need the essential function of boiling water. A minor detail to touch up (recommendation) is the “max” indicator/marking inside the kettle can only be viewed from one side, it would be better to have the etching on both sides or more contoured around the inside for easier viewing regardless of which hand you use to hold it open with when filling.The true test for the kettle will be longevity. I will try to repost an update maybe ~12 months later. But so far, it’s a good kettle.

Leaking after 3 months
The kettle started leaking from the power lever only 3 months aftee purchase, with minimal use. Iâm contacting support and will update this review if I make any progress there. For now, I donât recommend this product at all

Does it’s job but for one minor (annoying) detail
You know, I like this kettle. I like that you select a temperature for your water. It’s accurate. I like that you can have it hold a temperature. It’s a fun design. But I hate that I have to use two hands to fill it. It sounds stupid. But I can’t flip the lid open and pour that water in. I have to pull the lid off. It’s a two-hand operation. Argh. So minor but something I would seriously consider when it’s time to purchase another one.
