I make Chex Mix once a year and needed large sheet pans with higher sides. These are perfect. They are fairly light weight but overall a very nice pan.

For years, I used a cookie-sheet pan, with aluminum foil lining, to make “sheetpan” dinners—not very efficient, and often had juices/oils over-run the edges, because the rim was so low. These pans are TERRIFIC! High rim, and excellent clean-ability. Don’t know how I lived without them!

Nice pans but the manufacturing process may be cause for concern
The pans appear to be well made from good material. The problem is some type of blue plastic left in the void created when the edges were rolled at the factory. We were unable to remove some of the plastic, it’s just too stuck in the crease. Hopefully is doesn’t melt and smoke in the oven.Buyer Beware.

These pans are great they do not worp or burn, best not to use steel scrub pads only plastic instead, as they do scratch easy. Used 450 degreee heat with no problem, and washed After the completly cooled down so as not to warp them, hope that helpsWill be getting more of these maybe bigger sizes aswell they are that good.

These are a great size and I like that they are aluminum. They seem to last well after a few months of use, but I am surprised to see what may look like a little rust in the creases when you turn the product over. We shall see how long they will actually last. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and would recommend.
