Heavily used for 7 years and still good as new.
I have had this pan for seven years, I’ve used it for everything! It holds a turkey, a roast, two chickens, a giant ham, and a big lasagna with plenty of room, so nothing boils over. It’s in the same good condition as it was when I first bought it. And easy to clean!

    super big lasgna!
i bought this pan for its size. the 4″ deep lasagna was impressive! the pan held enough to freeze sections for later meals. exactly what i wanted.no, it is not the thickest stainless steel. but it’s thick enough. the handles are useful because, when full, this is a heavy pan!the plastic lid works well – better than having to cover it with plastic wrap or foil.it comes with a spatula and wire rack. i used the wire rack for cooling cookies and spatuala for removing cookies from the cookie sheet. they are strong enough for that. for the lasagna i used my own very sturdy spatula…is this pan as good as the stainless steel ones that sell for 3 times the price? no. is it a good buy — useful and adequate — for the money paid? yes.ps. cleaned up well with some steel wool action for the baked on cheese bits.amazon has the best price… lowest i could find for this.UPDATE: it’s now june 2103 and I have used this pan dozens of times since I bought it a year and a half ago. lasagna, mac & cheese, and very large banana bread, pumpkin bread get baked in this. gives me enough to freeze. the pan cleans up so easily it still looks almost new. handles still firmly attached. no dents. the plastic lid is hard to get off when it’s “locked on” but I deal with that…

    Nice pan
I wanted a deeper pan for making lasagna and this fit the bill. It is not as long as a regular cake pan I used to use for lasagna but it is just fine. I have discovered the lasagna pasta that you do not have to precook. What a time saver and they cook up just fine. If you use these precooked sheets, lengthwise it will take two sheets to fill one row. Width wise it will take 2 1/2 sheets across. So in total, you will need six sheets per layer. One box of pasta will not not give you four layers. But this pan can take more than four layers if you make extra filling.Very happy with it and you can use it for roasting a chicken too.

An excellent pan for the price
I wanted a deep lasagne pan. Anyone who makes lasagne knows that an aluminum pan (other than lined or anodized – and even then… ) is not an option, unless you like a dose of metal taste with your tomato base. So this pan seemed a viable possibility with an extra plus that it was stainless steel with relatively straight sides. The extra pieces are ok, like that there is a top, although you have to use tape when transporting a prepared item since it does not have any fastening mechanism. The roasting rack is just chrome plated, not stainless, so it is best used as a cooling stand. The spatula, well, maybe you can recycle it – cannot imagine any serious use, but at the price for the set, perhaps it is something to take to a covered dish event where you have no concern about losing any of the items. The pan is really pretty good! Deeper than most and handles to boot. It is a fairly lightweight gauge stainless, but that doesn’t matter in the case of lasagne. Good price vs. useful value. Recommend – yes.

More solid than I expected and an excellent value
I purchased this roasting pan for Costco ribs and roasting our turkey this year. For $25, it is a steal. We were using a glass pyrex roasting pan, but the max recommended temperature for glass is around 400 degrees and it risks shattering. With stainless steel, there is no real upper limit and the worst consequence may be warping.A trade-off with stainless steel is that grease and grime will stick to it. However, a product like Barkeeper’s Friend removes everything I’ve thrown at it. We don’t need our pans to look perfect all the time, and it’s wonderful to not worry about chemicals from non-stick leeching or flaking into our food. We also freely throw this into the dishwasher, whereas I’m much more careful with non-stick.I also appreciate the flippable handles. Although they are hard to grip with an oven mitt, they are there when you need them and not in the way when you don’t.There are heavier duty options, like the beloved Cuisinart Chef’s Classic Roaster ($65). I wasn’t sure how often I would use this pan, so I opted to save money, and I don’t regret it!

    Fantastic For Lasagna
I bought this roaster pan to make a deep dish lasagna for a friends birthday. I was able to fit 7 layers, and it the slices were beautiful. Pretty pan, Not too big, not too small, and VERY deep. It is for roasting large cuts of meat, but I will only keep it as a lasagna pan to keep it clean. Handles are a wonderful addition, as is the spatula which comes with it. It is just sharp enough to have cut the lasagna with clean slices, and no need for a knife. Five stars for the items. My ONE issue, was the lid included. It doesn’t snap on the pan at all. Just covers the top, so no real security if you are transporting it. I tried and tried to make it fit, but no luck. It didn’t cause an issue, but if that feature is of importance to you, I would warn you ahead of time. For a beautiful casserole or roasting turkey, beef roast, duck, etc… it is perfect.

ABSOLUTE PERFECTION -Don’t doubt this purchase
Reading reviews which said cheap almost deterred me from buying this. I cannot understand what they are talking about. This is perfect!!I cannot believe this wa only 20 bucks! The rack is NOT cheaply made at all. It will hold the biggest roast or bird you can find. I had about 15 lbs of lasagna in that pan and is way too strong to bow. Certainly not at 375°. The spatula is perfect and strong enough for cutting and serving large pieces. The plastic lid was great to cover the pan while in the fridge, unfortunately mine did not snap on.it slid around a bit while covering it. Maybe I didn’t do it correctly. I’ll try again when I have time.

    It’s cute
When I opened the box , I thought it looked small but it’s perfect. Got tired of buying non stick pans to have the coating come off in less then a month and I have to throw it out. This pan would fit I would say about a 12-13 turkey, nothing too big but it’s deep. Came with a rack and a spatula.

I bought this for lasagna as I like to make 4 layer but hate having it bubble over the sides. As stated the lid does not snap onto the pan like a zip lock container would but it does fit snugly. I like the grate for a roast or turkey. The lifter handle is barely longer than the palm of your hand, useless in my opinion.Good quality pan.

Deep pan to prepare multiple layer of lasagna. The storage lid is not tight fitting. Because I read the reviews, I was prepared and ok with this fact as it still saves me from having to use seranwrap or tinfoil.
