I used my pan for the first time last night. It was wonderful. The meatloaf didn’t stick to the pan at all and all the grease drained off into the lower pan. Normally I have to scrub the pan but this cleaned up with just soap and water. It’s a great pan.

Love the pan, however, they are too much alike. I wish the insert was a bit larger on the ends to pick up easier when hot. Otherwise, works as it’s supposed to.
