Love these cutting boards, they can be put in the dishwasher. They are thin and lightweights. I have another one for like 10 years, still good.Size of this one is ideal for sandwiches and anything else where you donât want to get out the real big one. Handle is nice, and the hole is big enough to hang on thick metal hook.

Nice small board
This is a really nice small cutting board. It is very lightweight and works great for cutting small amounts of vegetables or fruits. It has held up well with no visible knife marks. It is dishwasher safe, which is great if used for meats. I only use for produce and I wash by hand.

Not as thick as our other boards
I’ve had Epicurean cutting boards for more than a decade. I love that they’re made in the USA, and even with use multiple times a day, they look remarkably good. (I’ve only ever hand-washed…we don’t have a dishwasher.)I bought this one because of the handle — it seemed convenient. I didn’t realize that this cutting board would be much thinner than the boards we already owned. So far it is working fine, seems to be holding up to repeated use and hand washing, it just doesn’t seem as sturdy as the others we have.I don’t think I’ll buy any that are thinner again – I’ve been spoiled by the others!

I love Epicurean cutting boards. I have been told to get a butchers block, and someday I will. But these things are tough, don’t wear on you blades as ton and are thin. I have about 12 that I use of different shapes and sizes. You just can’t beat them.This one is a nice medium size.

Epicurean seems to make a decent cutting board, but i frankly dont get why this has gotten so popular. It seems to dull my knives quickly during use, much faster than a typical plastic cutting board, yet also doesn’t work quite as well as my wood cutting boards either.I like the idea that is somewhat sustainable, and supposedly reuses materials, but I’d much prefer if there was some anti-microbrial or other health benefits to this cutting board.It is also really small, so make sure you pay close attention to the sizes noted and confirm that you really want a cutting board in that exact size.Not terrible, but also not amazing in any way.

This chopping board is light and easy to wash and clean. The only drawback is it slips when you cut food on it. The problem is solved when i place a kitchen cloth under the chopping board. Worth the money!

Compared to the same one I purchased 10 years ago and finally needed replacing, this one is thinner without the nicely finished edges and after three uses already shows cut marks. Quality has gone downhill!
