i LOVE these cutting boards! I now have 5. I found them after looking for cutting boards made in the USA. My first one is over 10 years old, still looks great. These are dishwasher safe, you can use your good knives on them, they are very flat so they don’t wobble, they are thin so they don’t take up too much room and are very light, they are classy and make great platters for hors d’oeuvres. I even use them sometimes to scoop up pizzas from the oven. Throw your other cutting boards away, these are the best there is, period.

THE ONE YOU NEED
I need one more Epicurean cutting board to replace plastic cutting boards. I now have two of the 14.5×11.25 size and one smaller. My wish is for the larger size with the juice groove. This board is the perfect size for meal prepping. It is easy to clean and doesn’t take up space in the vertical cabinet drawer. I purchased the larger “juice groove” Epicurean board that is non-skid for my daughter for Christmas, per her request, as her other Epicurean boards are smaller. She loves it! I especially like the hole to grab it out of, or placing into the cabinet. And the most important point is my knives are not getting dull. I’ve had these cutting boards for at least ten years. One has a berry stain, otherwise they look good after years of daily use. I highly recommend this product. You need this cutting board too!

Solid meal prep board .
I already had a black one of these and love it . I do a lot of meal prep at home and having another workhorse like this keeps the flow going without having to stop and scrub . Mostly I just stand them up in my dishwasher for a wash. And they’re ready for the next day . Or during the day an easy soapy water scrub in the sink and let air dry. Quality product . And the brown looks good . Good value

Small cutting board perfect for cutting citrus for drinks
We somehow lost a small cutting board in our move so I was eager to replace it. We have two other Epicurean boards and love them. So, it was a no-brainer to order a small one from them. As we expected, it works great! We mostly use it to slice limes and lemons for adult beverages but I have found it helpful when cooking when I just need to cut up one small item. The board washes clean easily, does not absorb odors, and takes almost no space to store. Highly recommended!

Perfect for cocktail cutting board
I own a larger version for vegetables, meats, etc. This one, I use for lemons, limes, etc. when making cocktails. It’s the perfect size and the material that the Epicurean boards are made of is solid and long lasting but won’t damage your nice knives.

Just as Great Second Time
We had the exact same cutting board once before being flooded. After it was ruined, I searched for a replacement. I was so glad to find this on Amazon. I would have preferred the lighter (natural) color but that’s not a negative reflection on the cutting board; it’s just a darker color. I like the wood material it’s made of because it doesn’t beat up knives but, unlike other cutting boards, it is easier to clean and sanitize the “cuts.” The size offers lots of real estate for what you’re cutting. Our previous board was nine years old and we had no intentions of replacing it until it was flood damaged. 🙁

We’ve been using these for 10 years and have slowly replaced all our other boards with these: they work beautifully, are not plastic, are dishwasher safe, light, and really just an all-round pleasure to use. Boards we have had for 10 years are still going strong, unlike other wood, bamboo and plastic boards we have owned.
