Will get lots of use
I now own three Epicurean cutting boards in different sizes and they all get used regularly. These are great cutting boardsâI no longer worry about wood splitting or drying out. Yes, these are a bit more expensive than other boards, but in my opinion worth the investment.

This is the 3rd one we’re buying, we’ve had our other two for years.The hole is nice since we can hang it on our pot hanging rack over the sink to try.The juice groove works well too.Easy to clean and handle.

THE BEST CUTTING BOARD!!!
I thought the best type of cutting board would have to be a metal one (which I don’t think exists) because it would be nonporous and extremely durable. It wouldn’t warp/stain/smell like wood and plastic both do. Then I happily discovered that Epicurean uses this wonderful material that is pretty much as good as metal. I have several Epicurean cutting boards but the 15 x 11 grooved one would have to be my favorite. There is an all black slate one I would’ve preferred but I didn’t know it existed until I had already ordered the slate core one from Amazon. (I found it at a store that sells only kitchen stuff.) It’s not too heavy and not too big which was a concern of mine in terms of handling while cleaning. It really is the best cutting board.

Poor packaging
The cutting board is nice. This is my third Epicurean cutting board so far. However, the packaging was really poor. No packaging at all but only the carrierâs thin plastic bag. The corner was cracked seriously so I got it replaced. I receive the replacement by another carrier one week later. However, the board cracked again. The packaging was just a paper bag without box nor even bubbles AGAIN!!

Great Product and Good Customer Service
The cutting board is very well made and the size is perfect(14.5-Inch by 11.25-Inch). It was shipped out in a timely fashion and arrived on time. I thought it was misdelivered but had forgotten that I had grabbed the package, set it aside where it got covered up, and found it a couple of weeks later. When I first contacted their customer service to complain about it not being delivered, I was treated respectfully and professionally and they promptly started the paperwork for a delivery investigation with the USPS. It was entirely my fault but they treated me fairly. I would purchase from them again.

Great cutting board
I bought this cutting board to protect my investment in an expensive new knife set. I needed to find a board that was knife friendly and easy to clean. After a bunch of research and reading reviews, I settled on this board and I am not disappointed. It is easy to clean and is dishwasher safe. I pop it in about once a week to ensure a thorough cleaning. I picked a size that I could use everyday and got rid of 3 or 4 other boards of various sizes. Great product.

Love the channel along the edges to collect meat juices. Overall, it has performed as advertised. However, it did have a chemical smell when it first arrived. This went away after 3 washes in the dishwasher.

It’s small but that makes it good for small countertop spaces. The material is kind of hard so my knife leaves marks if you care about that. It’s thin and light and easy on my wrists. overall a great buy.

I love Epicurean products and had other product of the same series and this one was missing. If this did not came from Amazon (which I trust), I would think it was fake. The colors, black stripes were washed out and the color tone was very different from the other Epicurean products I have.I didn’t bother to return it as it was an international shipping but I would otherwise do. I still give 4 stars as it’s not the fault of the product bur probably rather the seller.
