Do not hesitate– worth the money!
I went from an open-type griddle with a great drain that really needed replaced. I was hesitating because my griddle was perfectly non-stick, but I got tired of not being able to cover the food that’s cooking. I didn’t have much hope when I ordered this because of the grease not draining as I cooked bacon, but to be completely honest, I’m more than happy with this!It’s light and easy to move around, but big enough to cook a large meal. I drop everything because of loss in my hand functions and I’ve never had a problem holding onto this. There is also an easy-pour spout on the side that is very handy if you’re pouring liquid out!It wipes out VERY EASILY, even if it’s burnt-on. However, I also run it through my dishwasher a few times a month and it comes up perfectly new and clean!I’m currently waiting for my husband to mess-up and use a metal spatula with it to see if it scratches. Currently I use silicone only and have had no issues with the coating.As far as cooking, I always notice these devices have “hot spots”, meaning that in certain spots your food may burn. This is pretty typical, but I’ve noticed that this heats pretty evenly. I hope it stays that way! It also heats up really quickly, which is nice because my electric top stove takes forever!!I use this almost every day and so far, I’d definitely purchase another one, but I feel the quality is good enough that I won’t have to! If you’re hesitating… don’t! You won’t regret this purchase.

Better then expected
This is so much better then the Electric Skillets that I can buy in the stores over here. Not only does it Cook quickly, but it cooks everything evenly because of the way the element is on the bottom!!! I LOVE everything about this skillet. From the glass top lid and it’s handle, which is higher then most so that when you take it off of a hot skillet, you aren’t burning your knuckles on a hot glass lid, and it has a steam hole for the steam to come out of the top of the lid so when you lift the lid, the steam does not come out at you, to the amazing depth and the really cool pour spout that is in bedded into the pan it’s self. I also LOVE the fact the once you put the plug in into the pan itself, it STAYS in. And there is a little release handle to get it it to unlock from the pan. I absolutely love the honeycomb design on the bottom of the pan AND the fact that it has an Oil indicator on the Inside of the pan.I can submerge it into water with OUT having to worry about it damaging the cord intake mechanism. I also love the fact that it’s so nice looking. This is a nice and heavy duty skillet and has some good weight to it. This is a MUST have if you have a big family. I plan on buying another one and shipping it off to my son for him and his family. I just cannot get over how amazing this skillet is. I may even buy two more, one for my oldest son and his family and a gift for my Aunt. <3

Have cocked with this baby twice and I love it. Absolutely nonstick greatness. Heats evenly and quickly to the set temp. Pour spout is awesome to drain off excess juices when needed. My favorite cookware item. Large cook surface depth is nice for sauce and pasta dishes at a great price. Lid sits securely in place with a steam vent. Over a quality purchase highly recommend you upgrade your old electric skillet with this one ASAP!

Keeping it but Slightly dissapointed.
This Electric Fry Pan is a BEAST! It is Huge, the antistick coating is fantastic. Easy Clean. Great high temps and the price is right (under $60). The ONLY thing I’m dissapointed in is the temperature setting. I wanted to simmer a dish that I make but when I set the temperature, the heat element either comes on FULL strength or shuts off entirely. For example, if I set to 300 degrees, when it hits 300 degrees it comes on and starts boiling until it reaches a certain temperature and then it shuts off until it senses its below 300 degrees. Then the cycle repeats . I wished it would stay a constant 300 degrees but alas, nope. Other than that this item is worth it for me to keep.
