8×8 skillet
I wanted a small version of an electric skillet because I have larger one, so I ordered this, but ,its alot smaller then I thought. Measurements inside are 7×7 inches not 8×8. I did fry 4 eggs in it and they came out great. It will be useful for somethings. Easy to clean. Nice non stick coating. Nice temp adjustable cord and not too short. Made well. I have other round grills in this brand and love. Probably can cook like 2 chicken breasts or porkchops in it.

Easy to clean, easy to use.
I bought this product to replace a two-piece copper electric skillet (base/pan) so it was a bit of a change using and washing a one piece (base/handles/pan attached). Iâve had it for a few months and use it every single day. Itâs lightweight. Itâs easy to clean the lid fits well. After using it the first week you can see a circle in the pan where the heating element is, but that has not changed the pans function. It was a bit different to learn how to cook on it but it only took one set of pancakes to figure it out. Iâve made: eggs, pancakes, sausage with peppers, fried chicken, marry me chicken and plain sausage to name a few. Nothing burned. I use a kitchen brush to wash it and havenât seen a scratch. The price is good and the pan is great. The temp goes up to 450 degrees, but Iâve only gone up to about 275/300.

I have been wanting an electric skillet for a long time and finally decided to buy one, wasn’t sure which one to get so did a lot of research and selected this one. I’m so glad I did. It is so easy to use, so much more effective than having pots on the stove all the time, and I really like the fact that it’s so easy to clean. The instructions were good, the recipes are delicious, and even if you don’t use it very often it’s still a great Appliance to have in your kitchen. The heat level is excellent, and it looks nice on my counter.

Easy cook, easy clean
I bought this because our kitchen is torn up and I have no stove top. First meal-saute some cauliflower, then add orzo, etc. I was delighted that the skillet gets hot enough to make a nice sear, but can also simmer to finish a meal. Super easy to clean. I might end up using this even after my kitchen remodel.

Good Quality Skillet
We live in an Apt. with limited space so I got this skillet to simplify our cooking options. I can make a lot of different things using this skillet – pancakes, eggs, bacon, grilled sandwiches, quesadillas, meat, as well as full meals like stir fry or casseroles. The non-stick surface is very good. It has a cover so it’s easy to set the temp. on low to keep things warm. I don’t pull out a frying pan or saucepan nearly as often as I used to – so it’s very handy and overall, I am pleased. It’s true that the heat is uneven. Thereis evidently a circular heating element where the heat is concentrated but it’s not that big of a deal. My biggest disapointment is the cord, which is only about 3 feet long and it barely reaches from the outlet to the pan. I am currently searching for a longer one. That’s the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5.

Dishwasher safe? Yes, Maybe??
I have washed mine in the dishwasher 30 plus times before I saw the sticker in the picture. It is still working great. Not sure if do not immerse in liquid is the same as putting it in dishwasher.I originally bought this little electric skillet to cook in hotels and it has worked perfect. I didn’t plan on this but I now cook about half my meals at home on it. Very convenient and just the perfect size for two people.

My apartment has a very old electric stove and the range burners often overheat on one edge but aren’t hot enough on the other. I like this skillet for when I want to fix just a small item and need to have more precise temperatures. Loved this from the first use.Appears to be very even heating and comes up to temperature quickly.Made scrambled eggs, over-medium eggs, a grilled cheese sandwich (the cheese melted out from the sides) and even reheated some slices of smoked brisket. Nothing sticks or scorches.The user’s manual also has a list of basic food items and the best temperatures for cooking – very helpful.

Apenas la compré en Diciembre y estamos en febrero y ya se le pega todo… la he cuidado mucho a la hora de lavarla justo como decÃan las instrucciones y aun asÃ, 2 meses después todo se pega. Al principio funcionó perfectamente, nada se le pegaba. Es una lástima porque de verdad parecÃa ser un buen producto. NO lo recomiendo ni lo volverÃa a comprar.

I had ordered a similar product but returned it for a variety of reasons, and then ordered this one instead, even though it cost about $20 more. It is worth every penny and exactly what I wanted. It is solid and sturdy, with a good fitting lid. The sides are straight and don’t slope inwards like the other one did, so there is a full 8″ cooking surface. It heats up very quickly and has a good non-stick surface. It wipes clean easily and is also dishwasher safe! All around great purchase, and perfect size for a single person meal prep. Highly recommend this one over the cheaper version, definitely get what you pay for with this item.

Now, you are probably researching skillets again as you know how versatile they are in cooking foods.After reviewing many models “in-store” and online, we decided on the 12×12 7.5Qt skillet by Elite Gourmet as it features a deep interior and most importantly, rubber feet that hold the skillet in place while cooking, preventing accidental movement.We enjoyed cooking veal cutlets the other night and were very satisfied with the even heat distribution. The cast aluminum body heated up fast and evenly, and the trigger-release probe (plug) worked quite well, even for arthritic hands. The interior is definately a durable, non-stick surface allowing for an easy cleanup afterwards.Though it indicates dishwasher proof, this I would keep as a HANDWASH ONLY item. Let the skillet cool down completely, clean the interior with a paper towel, then wash with warm water and soap. We let water and soap sit overnight and in the morning it was an easy-breezy cleanup.They provided a booklet with several recipes and how-to-care instructions.Overall, a very nice skillet; if you are a large family and will use this frequently, go for their bigger size.
