Read me – why this small coffee maker is so great
There are several good reasons why this tiny coffee maker is a gem and keeper if you like simple brewed coffee for single serve. I bought one in 2021 (still in use and works great) but when I tried to buy it for my brother in the past 2 years or so, it didn’t exist anymore. What?! I bought another similar one that was 30% more expensive and it already quit working in less than a year. I am so glad this is back in stock. I bought another one and after one month of use, it’s the same great coffee maker like the one I have four years ago. Allow me to highlight its quality and features:1. Elite Gourmet is a good brand. This coffee maker is no exception,. It’s a work horse, and it’s so inexpensive.2. Small footprint, right size ~14 oz for a single serve. The cup place holder fits most mugs and smaller tumblers. Just one on/off button, simple to operate.3. Here is the most important, nice and safety feature – when reservoir is out of water, it shuts off and stays off. Unlike other brands, even after it auto shuts off, you still need to switch off the button manually otherwise if you plug it in again it will immediately light up to try to brew. Not this one, you do not need to touch that on/off button again until the next brew.4. The included thermal travel mug is of great quality with good cap and seal. Stainless steel inside.5. The included reusable filter is a nice addition. Although it does not filter out tiny grounds but I found that 4-cup paper filter fits nicely in the coffee ground holder.That’s it! I really love this elegant and well made coffee maker.

I don’t do many reviews, so pls bear with me. When I first opened the box my thoughts were doubtful that it would work much less provide me with a nice cup of coffee, but much to my surprise, it did just that. The only reason that I did not give it a 5 star review is that the power button is very flimsy. In fact, so much so that I think it will give me a problem later down the road. However, the price is so affordable, that even if I had to replace it, I would buy the same one again. It’s very compact and takes up very little room, which I love. Oh, and the mug it comes with is equally as good. It keeps your coffee hot for quite some time. Definitely, worth the money. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a small, one or two good cups in the morning coffee maker.

This single cup coffee maker works well. Coffee only takes about a minute to brew. I found 3 scoops (scooper included) per cup of coffee is the best ratio. Easy to store, clean, and travel with. Holds a standard size to a medium sized cup.

Make okay coffee
Pros:1. It makes coffee.2. Decent price.3. Come with a nice mug.4. Small doesn’t take up a lot of counter space.5. Reusable filter basket.Cons.1. If you open the top while it’s hot, it sprays hot steam at you, even if it’s unplugged. Brewing was done and wanted to make second cup and almost got burnt. It was almost like opening the top triggered it to start brewing again. A small amount of really hot water jetted up from heated area, before I added more water to brew the second cup with. Luckily it sprayed up near the back of the unit and not directly toward me.2. Water gets trapped in and under the filter basket, and for some reason under the little basket the filter sits in. This means when you remove them for cleaning and emptying, water runs out onto the coffee maker and the counter it’s sitting on.3. Switch feels very cheap, and seems like it wants to break right out of the box.4. There is a light by the switch, but it’s really hard to see.5. Switch is hidden on the side near the back of the machine. You can’t have anything sitting on the counter next to the coffee maker. Because of con#2 this might kinda be a good thing.Overall it is going to do well enough for the need I have of it. I only brew a cup or two on weekends now and then. During the week I get my coffee elsewhere. Because I won’t be using it often it should do quite well. If your going to use a coffee maker each and every day, i suggest looking for something else. Mainly because the switch feels like it won’t last, and it’s location is less than spectacular.Update: after owning this coffee maker for a good amount of time. It’s still going strong, weak feeling switch still feels cheap and weak and still works. I make a cup of coffee let everything cool completely after removing the filter basketI carefully invert the coffee maker to pour out all the water. It gets stored on top of a cabinet with the top open to allow it to dry out completely.

Llevo un año usando esta cafetera compacta y estoy muy feliz con ella. No ha fallado para nada y la uso constantemente, es perfecta para el café de la oficina, la casa. El termo es una genial opción para llevar el café a la calle o en el auto.No quema el café, es super funcional y fácil de usar.¡Totalmente recomendable!

Es la segunda que compro , esta vez para regalo , cumple Perfecto su función , el vaso está muy bonito y conserva el calor unas dos horas . Perfecta para los que vivimos solos .
