its so perfect
Used it for first time yesterday. Made some Oolong. Worked so perfect and tea was to perfection. I am so happy I bought this tea kettle. Took me so long searching for a perfect one, and I found it. I love the keep warm function. Its in that time my tea reached its perfect brew. You won’t regret it if you buy this tea kettle. And it is a very small footprint in the kitchen too.

It works well but the operation instructions in the user’s manual are not clear
I chose this model because of its nice keep-warm function, which allows me always to have hot tea available after the brewing process is finished. It works well with one issue: the default keep-warm temperature was set too low. Because description of temp-setting function in the user’s manual is not clear, I tried different ways to override the keep-warm temperature, could only make it once out of 5 tries. Few days ago, I sent an email to the customer care posted on the warranty card (no phone number listed) for help, but received no response so far. Otherwise, I might give it a 5 stars.

Exactly what I needed! â¦only one insignificant annoyance
Love the clear glass and minimal space the countertop display takes up. Love the easy-to-use temperature controls. Cleaning is also a breeze. Only dislike is that the digital light blinks continuously when not in use – I just unplug it to solve that problem. Other than that, sheâs perfect!

Discolored/spotting after first use.
I had purchased this electric tea kettle to replace an Intasting branded one that had starting rusting after almost a year of ownership. This kettle looks a lot like the Intasting but had better reviews. After a single use, there were already spots in the bottom and I did the recommended vinegar cleaning solution and the spots still remained. Over time these spots start to turn to rust and then I donât feel comfortable brewing my tea with rust.

Super handy for school use!
I am a teacher and we use this in the classroom for tea and poetry and cold days! Love how it holds the heat for hours if needed and has choices on how hot to make the water. So much easier than a regular tea kettle!
