Brought this for cutting up foam. First time using one of these so it took me a couple slices to get used to it. You have to go slow. Cutting foam is so much easier with this. It’s really smooth going. Does get hot after a bit so I guess that’s a time to take a break. After that it’s good to go.

I have had several electric knives and this is one of the better ones. The blades are sharp and they actually send you an extra set of blades. It’s easy to use and easy to take apart and clean. It has a nice long cord and the vibration isn’t so bad that it’s going to shake your entire hand like some of them do. It cuts meat, fruits and vegetables really well but the true test is fresh bread. It cuts fresh baked bread amazingly well. It’s small enough that I feel comfortable handling it. I have small hands. I wear a size small glove, but not so small that my husband doesn’t want to use it. It honestly seems to cover both worlds well.
