I actual bought this product twice because it is a four set. Since I have grandchildren i needed more than a four place. This product is solid. I can heat food in Microwave and i do not get the extreme hot plate/cup. My wife loves the pattern and we have never had any issue with these fading. They look as great now as when I bought. The price was a great deal!

This product is exactly like you see it online. The colors and attention to detail are exceptional. We will use this dishes for our everyday meals and entertaining guest. I love that they are dishwasher and microwave oven proof. They come expertly packaged and we did not have any breaking or chipping.

The dishes are beautiful, heavy and look expensive. Unfortunately two pieces were broken in transit. I contacted customer service they were very nice. They said they would replace the two pieces as soon as possible.

(Reviewing EL-MYSTICWAVES)These are so pretty. Heavy duty clay fired style pottery. Beautiful texture, color and are so classy. The aqua under tones are perfect. Just be aware that they are oval shaped – not round but that’s what I wanted. I’m so excited to complete the set.My bowls arrived rather smashed but they have an insert in the packaging that stated that can occur during the shipping process and to just reach out to support at the China company, not Amazon so don’t throw away the inserts that go with it. I emailed support and they had the replacement bowls shipped 1 day after so that’s great customer service!!!

The colors don’t match the website photos well
I love the shape and how each plate is different, I bought two sets. A setting for 8. They are sturdy and beautiful. I was a bit disappointed, when I saw there true color to be a baby blue instead of that deeper darker blue like in the website pictures. Just know the colors are much lighter.

Delicate and sturdy
These are gorgeous dishes. They’re delicate in the fact that they will break if dropped. I’ve put mine in the dishwasher a few times now, and I haven’t noticed a scratch or chip yet. The mugs hold heat nicely, and are sturdy. Each dish and mug is smooth, and glossy. I’d definitely give this set as a gift going forward as well

I ordered the sets of plates.The was my 4th time of ordering the same plates cos I love it so much. I bought for myself and bought for friends.The pieces were very sophisticated and my guests loved it when being served with it.Eating with this plates makes your food more palatable. Definitely recommend it!This set came with some broken pieces.I called the company. Customer service was great and replacement pieces were sent.Will totally order again. Loved it.

The only issue we had was 1 broken bowl in 2 sets ordered. Was quickly replaced by company. Dishes are very attractive. Plates seem smaller than other plates I’ve had but just means less food & smaller waistline.
