Fit my 2 qt. Slow cooker
I really like the size they’re perfect for my 2 quart slow cooker but and this is a big butt. They are so hard to pull apart into a bag then so thin that you think that they’re one sheet it took me at least 15 minutes to get it open by wetting my fingers and keep rubbing everywhere to get it open. Otherwise they are great.

I use these bags for roasting chicken or beef in shallow sided pans (like corning ware). I cook with the bag closed for about half the time, which keeps the meat moist. Then I open the bag, add more spices (such as BBQ sauce, lemon pepper, etc.) with a little olive oil brushed on the top part of the roast and continue roasting until done. Doing this gives a nice golden color to the the chicken, and crisps it up a bit more without it drying out. For cleanup, just throw the bag away- no scrubbing or soaking of the pan is necessary.
