Deep and great material
Deep enough to fit a medium turkey I used mine for collard greens (8 bundles) and had plenty of room I also use it for deep frying chicken basically buy it chy the material used is great too no rusting so far

Easy clean up
This pot is large, heavy duty and so easy to clean, I burned my minestrone soup because I forgot to stir it and the heat was up high. I saved the soup and soaked the pot for about a half an hour, was able to just wipe the burnt soup with a sponge. Highly recommend this pot.
