Hard to Please –
I love these boards (far more than epicurean ones)
These boards are dishwasher safe, hence, no need to worry about grooves forming.They take little space in storage, and all the sizes are useful.The rubber feet are convenient because 1) they provide friction so that I can rock/roll comfortably, and 2) they prevent the back-side from touching the countertop, which makes me feel more comfortable when flipping the board to cut different ingredients (to prevent cross-contamination).Compared to my other cutting boards (Epicurean), these boards have been just as good in terms of functionality (at a lower price), and these seem to be holding up much better with the dishwasher cycles.I beg to differ from the top reviewer regarding the homely look. Indeed, these boards may not be an exquisite statement piece, but they look neat and clean. In fact, I like presenting my food on this board since it is inconspicuous and passes in the attention to the food itself.The only complaints/suggestions I have: 1) they should make an intermediate size between the small one and the medium one, say, 12″ x 9″; 2) they should sell different sizes separately.If they do so, I would love to buy a few more small ones and intermediate ones.

These would get 5 Stars if they weren’t so homely
These cutting boards perform perfectly. They are thin, easy to handle and smooth to the touch. I’m no chef so can’t comment anything more than everyday tasks. I cut/slice/chop my food, and these cutting boards have given me no reason to complain. They have little rubber feet which keep them planted firmly on the counter. They are easy to clean, don’t require anything special. I have not been able to do them any harm with my cheap little serrated knives. I should mention I don’t put wood/rubber/plastic in my dishwasher so can’t comment on how they would hold up to that experience.Perhaps it’s unfair of me to give these boards just 4 stars. They perform very nicely. But the simple fact is, I find them homely. They look just like clipboards. I would not be surprised to learn that they are in fact repurposed clipboards (if so, kudos for innovation). Yes, I looked at the picture and thought, “Hmm … those look just like clipboards” – and then went ahead and bought them anyway, so they may not deserve the withheld star. But that’s life, right?

My daughter read up on microplastics and we ended up replacing our old cutting boards with these. They are great!!! Pricey but so durable! No knife marks are left & they are dishwasher safe! Highly recommended!!!!!

The best cutting boards I have ever owned.
These are the best cutting boards I have ever owned! They are organic and recyclable, yet they are better quality than bamboo, walnut, plastic, etc. They are very light-weight and extremely durable. There are rubber, non-slip feet built into all four corners of each one of the boards that prevent sliding during food prep. The feet protrude evenly from both sides of the boards, so you can flip them over and use either side. These boards have endured slicing, chopping, and cleaning on an almost daily basis in our kitchen, yet they don’t have a blemish on them; they still look brand new. They are dishwasher-safe and don’t absorb water, so you don’t have to worry about warping and/or cracks over time.
