And a two-for! Gotta love it!I have tons of cooling racks for baked goods, but a quality stainless steel trivet rack…not one but two?!?! BIG bonus.The pans, of course, are great quality as well. Thick steel. Great surface. When you wash them, be sure to dry them thoroughly right away (same goes for the racks) to keep from eventually getting rust spots under the crease of the lip or the joints of the racks.Stainless steel is perfect for cakes and breads. I use coconut oil to grease the pans and everything pops out without sticking, no problem. I love the 8″ size for thicker cake layers. A lot of stores seem to only carry the 9″ pans these days. Too thin.It’s great to have the round racks for turning cakes out then flipping onto a rack right side up.BUT, my boyfriend likes a good trivet rack for broiling his steak fillets. These are the best we’ve ever come across.The pans and trivet racks are both easy to clean.Really great deal.

Purchase this To use in my new Instant Pot RIO Wide Plus, 7.5 Quart, And it works perfectly. You can use the two pans at the same time without any racks. The racks fit the bottom perfect. Heavier and nicer than the ones that came with the Instant Pot. Stainless steel pans looks like they will last forever. Cleans like any other stainless steel, perfect addition in my opinion, for the new Instant Pot wide, highly recommended. I hope this helps someone else.

I think the first thing I can say is WOW ..!THESE 8″ Cake pans are everything I’d hope they’d be…As a professional cook, and baker I was impressed the moment I took them out of the box. To be honest, I was not expecting such great quality, what a surprise. I used them last night and the cake cooked perfectly, the heat distribution was even throughout. I sprayed the pan with a light coating, and the cake came out perfectly, the racks it came with were also great. I washed these up using a Teflon sponge, cleaning was easy. I loved these so much that I ordered the 9.5″ cake pan set which will be delivered tomorrow….I highly recommend these cake pans, high quality most definitely…

I salt/pepper my steaks a day before cooking. They need to be raised off the bottom for air to go all around my steaks. That’s why I bought this E-Far Round Cake Pan, so I can place my steaks on top of the racks. Most use this for baking but not me. Also good for resting steak after cooking, the fluids drip to the bottom, away from the steaks. I don’t like soggy bottoms on my steaks.There is a flaw, tho. The pans do not stack. They should be slightly tapered a hair at the bottom so they stack. It doesn’t take much to taper them, just 1/8″ or a bit more is all that’s necessary. That will not even affect the removable racks at all, there’s already enough loose tolerance for the racks. This would reduce the box size they were shipped in. Saves space in my cupboards.The racks are actually stainless steel, non magnetic. So this is a quality product that just needs a bit of tapering so they nest…

I bought these so that i could put them in my air fryer. they fit perfectly and make it so much easier than trying to clean off all the burnt-on grease and food. now I can simply take the pan out and put it in the dishwasher with the rest of the dishes.so much better.

Perfect size pan for my air fryer. First think I made was a carrot cake. Oiled the pan really well and still the cake ended up sticking. I ordered parchment paper cut to size which I’m sure will solve the issue. For the price and quality, I would buy them again.Update: The parchment paper did the trick! Cakes fall right out.
