Perfect size
Just right for cooking Rancho Gordo beans or rice for 2-4 people. The heavy lid seals well, letting hardly any steam out. The dimples on the lid are to cause condensation to drip back down into the pot, again making for a very snug and efficient boil. Of course, once you get this boiling and then simmering it takes hardly any flame to keep it simmering. I also like the upright nature of this pot, taller and narrower, meaning it sits over the flame just right. I bought the red, which is very pretty. You could pay a lot more, but why?

Perfect size & quality
I wanted a smaller enameled cast iron pot that would fit on my small stove with other pots, but be tall enough to hold a decent amount food.Zero cosmetic issues on arrival (great packaging & QC), held heat and cooked perfectly. Moisture retention is excellent. Very happy with the purchase.

Love this little pot!
It’s very well made and a pretty color. I got it for my small sourdough bakes, but it’s too narrow for that, so I almost returned it, but then I realized it works on an induction burner so I kept it and love it so much that I want a second one! And the price is great compared to others.

Works great at a fraction of the cost but that knob….
I own several Le Crueset pots but needed a smaller one for small loaf of bread. Wasn’t looking to spend a ton of money so went with this. Not disappointed at all. Bread came out great and it’s very pretty, strong and appears durable. Glad I got it. However, if the knob gets damaged be ready to buy a new pot as this knob cannot be REPLACED. Odd that they make pots with knobs either screwed in permanently or fused into the ceramic.

High quality easy clean
My pot arrived in perfect condition because of the way it was packaged. Any defective pots left the manufacturer like that. The lid fits perfectly. Love that it is a narrow and deep pot. It holds a lot more than I anticipated. I need the smaller size as well for just the 2 of us. Cleans easily as well. So happy I gave this pot a try.

Perfect size…
I have been looking for a cast iron pot like this for several years. It is a 2.8 qt pot, but it is deep which forces the dough up for height instead of spreading out for a low loaf of bread. It makes a small loaf of course and for those who bake bread, it comfortably holds a 3 cup batch of dough. My recipe for anyone interested is: 1 1/2 cups of warm water, 2 t sugar and 1 T quick yeast, let activate for 10 minutes, then add 3 cups flour and 1 t salt. Double in size, punch down and let it rise again for 15 to 30 minutes, dump into the cast iron pot and bake 30 minutes with lid on then remove lid and brown to for 5 minutes. Also a perfect size to give to anyone who likes homemade bread. Enjoy.
