Very Nice Electric Knife
So glad I ordered this one, and it arrived just in time for Thanksgiving dinner! I did this video review to show how it made an easy choir of carving our turkey. The video says it all, slices it like I am slicing butter. It is the first electric knife I have ever owned, but I always wanted one. I am very happy with it!

Just cut the breast meat from a 19 lb turkey and it turned out perfect. Compared to the one before this electric knife is fantastic, it slices effortlessly, the meat doesn’t get stuck between the blades, it’s not heavy to hold and best of all, the buttons are comfortably positioned. It comes in a sturdy cardboard box and includes two sets of blades, one for meat and one for bread, making it very practical.
