I use ramekin bowls a lot !
I needed a smooth sided transparent ramekin bowl to make it easy to empty these Caramel Custard Puddings out onto a plate without disintegrating or needing to be spooned out into an ugly pile of dessert. These glass bowls although a little expensive compared to the other ramekins I have, made sliding the puddings out easy and without them falling apart. If you are making Creme Brûlée which most people eat in the bowl these are not required but for this exact pudding they are a must !

Very nice and durable
I dropped one on the tile floor trying to get it out of the cardboard packaging. It did not break or crack! I am shocked! Useful bowls. I would love them even better if there were silicone lids for them.

Nice thick glass, lead free. Easy to clean. Great for deserts, egg dishes in the oven or air fryer. Great for portion control.

Was thrilled to find this set of 4 Duralex glass ramekins for $12.45! Have not used these yet but I have a set of the smaller ones that I ‘ve used for years with no issues. Very durable and nice looking too. Made in France is a huge plus. Packed well and arrived intact.

These stack nicely
Even though the sides are not sloped, there is a flare at the top rim and a slight notch at the bottom that allow these cups to stack securely. A 4-high cluster is just under 7 inches and 4 inches wide. I’ve used other Duralex cups before and they last spectacularly.

I was searching for cyl bowl of 300ml which are not available at present but found this one of 240ml (actually it can hold upto 250ml), after returning 180ml type of Borosil make due to wrong specs.
This serves for storing at freezer to heating at microwave oven.
It is not thin and light weight like others but can be used for heating as specified.
It is very useful for keeping in deep freezer for longer storage duration by dividing the same curry or item for optimum utilisation of limited space available in deep freezer( to avoid reheating to meet partial qty requirements).
It has a beautiful design and projected round outer edge so that it will not slip from hands (like a conical bowl), recessed bottom edge help in placing one over the other without tilting. Appears to be imported from France but available at reasonable rate Rs590 for 4 pieces. I have used bowl kept at deepfriger at -18 deg C immediately heated to 100 deg C at microwave oven . Overall it is an excellent product.
