Rubber bottoms
These are a set of three different style mini muffin or cheesecake pants. They have a dark coating on them so they Will Brown nice and evenly. They come with a little silicone disc that you put in the bottom of the pan. Unfortunately, you only get one set so you can only use one style a pan at a time. They are really good for cheesecake. They hold the batter in long enough for it to set up. I have not had a problem baking in them. The batter does not leak underneath the little disk and theyâre easy to unmold once theyâre cool. You just press your finger up through the hole in the bottom of the pan and they pop right out. Now these are a mini size so if youâre going to use papers with them, you need to get the mini size. Theyâre easy to clean. They wash up with hot soapy water do not use any metal utensils with them because you could scratch the code. The little silicone disc are easy. I just put them in a small pan with hot soapy water and they wash right up.

Decent Mini Baking Pans With Bottom Cutout Holes
The Dualshine 3-Pack 12 Hole Mini Cheesecake Pans with Removable Bottom is a set of 3 baking mold pans. It comes with a heart, square, and circle shape pan, with 12 slots each. Thereâs a small cutout on the bottom of each mold for an easier push out when baking is done. It is non-stick, but as always, make sure the goods recipe isnât too sticky and that there is enough oil/lube for the finished goods to pop out cleanly. I did find that the heart and square cutouts are also circles, which a bit of attention would be good when filling each mold to make sure that the holes are fully covered and the contents arenât leaking out. The pan weight feels like it’s between a lightweight and a medium weight baking pan, and the color is towards the darker shade. Lastly, these are mini baking pans, so itâs the size of bite-sized portions. Overall these are decent mini baking pans with bottom cutout holes.

Ideal for specialty baking, small sized portions
I am very pleased with this set of three baking pans that are perfect for creating all kinds of small portioned bakery goods. These pans look exactly like the carbon steel pans you might find at your local department store except that they have removeable bases and come in three shapes – square, round, and star shaped. The trays & their bases arrived sealed with each tray containing its own packet of 12 discs to use with that specific pan. The discs for the square and round pans are larger, the ones for the heart shape is smaller since it must fit in a tighter space.I tested the round shaped pan with a batch of popovers which are notoriously sticky. My batch of “test” popovers not only browned nicely, they lifted right out of the pan without any problem. I was especially pleased that none of the thin batter seeped out from beneath the circular base.These pans are non stick as you can see from my photograph. They are easy to hold, easy to fill and can safely handle hot temps up to 446F degrees. I especially like how they are about 1/3 smaller than standard cupcake pans which is perfect for creating lower calorie versions of our favorite baked goods. A great product and one I can recommend.

I like it, but I wish the removeable bit matched the shape
I like how sturdy it feels. It looks like it’ll last me a long time! But I do wish the removeable bottom was the same shape as the cupcake cup. All of the removeable bottoms are circles, but as long as it works I’m not going to complain too much. I’m gonna try it out this week and hopefully remember to update this review.But feels and looks fantastic

Problematic Design
As you can see from the picture, the “removable bottom” for the heart-shaped molds are too small to cover the hole. The other two shapes are a little better, but the only one that actually works well is the round pan. This was simply a big design flaw because they could have made the bottoms the same shape as the molds, but instead opted to cheap out and just stamp round discs instead.

Perfect for mini cheesecakes!
I got these to make mini cheesecakes for a party at our house and they are perfect. The perfect little bite. They pop out easily and the pans clean up quickly.

They’re ok
If you think about it logically, these are great pans and they make it easy to push out mini cakes from the bottom. They are smaller than I thought they would be. They are hard to clean as you get batter in crevices that aren’t easy to clean despite it being non-stick. Because they come in multiple shapes, this is a very good product and you can use them for any occasion. Any party type really. They also make it easy to make smaller portions for young ones or if you’re on a diet. They are no more useful than standard non-stick pans.

There are three of these, one makes tiny square cupcakes, another tiny round, and the third makes tiny heart shaped cupcakes, with the heart and square shapes are not something you see all the time.. I seldom eat cupcakes because they are a normally a large serving. These are small so you don’t feel like you’ve stuffed yourself. The metal disks that fit in the bottom of the cups make it easier to removed the cakes from the pan. They clean up easily and I like them. This product is made in China.
