One of the best cutting boards!
This is a wonderful product! It is double sided. One side is stainless steel and the other is more of a traditional cutting board. I can choose to cut meat on one side and fruits and vegetables on the other side. It says it is antislip because it has a rubberized edge. There is a channel on the traditional side of the cutting board. There is a grater on the corner of the traditional side, but it is only good for just scrapping off bit of vegetables or maybe lemon or orange zest. I don’t think I will use it very much. It also has a great handle so it will be easy to grip when I slide food into a skillet or pot. It would also be useful for scrapping unwanted bits into the trash or compost. Great product for just $22!

The best aspect of this cutting board is the ease of cleaning it after cutting up meats. I am constantly aware of the latest outbreak of any disease found in a number of meats. There is nothing more simple to clean when using a smooth, polished piece of stainless steel to cut your meat. This has been a concern of mine since the 1980 epidemic, AIDS. Even today we are constantly reminded to not cut poultry on a wooden cutting board. Wood is porous and susceptible to carrying disease. Plastic is less susceptible, but a knife does create a rougher surface where bacteria can hide. With stainless steel though, there is nowhere for any virus to hide. It is easily washed. It is about time stainless steel become main stream for use as a cutting board. This cutting board is very attractive, with a silicone edge that grips the counter, allowing for a stable board in which to cut meat. There can never be enough safeguards in keeping all of us healthy. This is one of those safeguards.

Not what we expected
There aren’t any issues, per se, it’s just ok. The metal seems thin and my knife leaves engraved marks in it. I was looking for an option with better safety for food, however; if my knife is leaving indents every time I cut, I don’t see how this would be an overall better option. I do like the size of the board, the look, and I’m sure it would be great for most households, I’m just picky!

Very nice cutting board
My old wooden cutting board was getting old and has been sanded down to the point that it is no longer usable. So I needed a new cutting board. And while I love the wooden cutting boards, I decided I wanted something that would be easier to clean and maintain. The stainless steel side is very nice for cutting on. And the opposite side which is made of a wheat straw material that feels like a hard plastic, but it’s much better for the environment, is easy to cut on as well. It does have the little grater section down in the corner which I think is nice to use for things like garlic but is not going to actually replace a regular grater for any bigger projects. This board is much easier to clean, it can also go directly into the dishwasher. Just aReally nice cutting board of a good size that’s easy to work with in my kitchen.

Interesting Concept
So I got this board because it has SS on one side. I used the SS side to cut meat and it is better because it is not cutting into plastic. It is like a restaurant cutting on their SS table. It does leave cut marks but it is easier to wash after cutting meat. The other side is just like a regular board which is good for vegetables.

Versatile cutting board
This cutting board is pretty great. I love having the option to use the wheat straw side for fruits and veggies or the stainless steel side for meats.This has a nice silicone edge that helps it to grip the surface itâs placed on and is easy to clean. The stainless steel design is greatâitâs easy to rinse, and the chances of bacteria residue are much lower. What I really like is the double-sided design. I previously bought a purely stainless steel cutting board, but it was very thin and only suitable for cutting pizza. This one, however, is perfect for everyday chopping of vegetables and meat. Itâs also non-slip, which is a huge plus. Itâs very convenient to clean in the dishwasher as well. Highly recommend it!
